I ordered an Asian Chicken chop salad with avocado and what came to me was a bowl of lettuce with 4 ramekins of salad dressing and two tiny crumbs of avocado, as if they though this was funny... I used to order from Chop 5 frequently until one time I was delivered a salad with a block of frozen salmon on top. When I spoke to the manager she summed it up to "new employees" and reported she was not able to fix my order due to it being on GrubHub, and requested that I personally send the driver back to pick up my missing items.... Not only is this impossible to do but her explanation does not justify why these different mistakes happened months apart , and seem to be continuous. I wish I had faith in this place as I love their menu, but their lack of attention to detail and customer service is appalling. I am giving up on, Sweetgreen will be taking my money from now on.

CHOP5 really delivers on its promise of fresh, delicious salads and bowls. They don’t scrimp on ingredients and the dressings are excellent. Finally a good salad:bowl restaurant in Boulder!!

Try this place! They have really excellent, fresh salads and bowls. No skimping, nothing old or wilted. Creative, interesting and fresh!!! Loved it!

This spot is perfect for students! I don't love cooking and it can be hard finding an affordable and healthy option, but Chop 5 is both. There is also a campus cash coupon to use. The staff is also very nice! Would definitely recommend, one of my favorite lunch spots in Boulder.

I ordered a make your own salad to go and to be delivered from Uber eats. My $17 salad didn't have dressing, pecans or cranberries. All of which I paid extra for. By the time it arrived they were closed so couldn't do anything about it. Really disappointing

Huge fan of the food at Chop5, and friendly staff BESIDES the manager or owner. She is rude, I rarely leave reviews but needs to be known. I gave the restaurant my service and wanted to do work afterwards but she refused to give me to the WIFI password saying that it worked, but it didn't. I work in the service industry and would never treat a customer that way and flat out ignore someone's request.

One of the best bowls I've had. The sesame ginger dressing was so good and they had so many options for toppings and dressings. Highly recommend

The people that work here are outrageously friendly and the salads, while nothing fancy, are solid and filling. I tend to return primarily because of the genuinely friendly and engaged staff.

Love this place so much! Always an incredible salad - with actual bite sized lettuce pieces - which is such a challenge at other places. All the ingredients are fresh and the chicken especially is delicious! People are friendly and the owner/manager is especially gracious and checked on us and gave our pup a treat. Dog friendly patio is always a huge plus - but especially when the food is great.

So yummy! I’ve always felt that for such a health conscious town, Boulder is really lacking on excellent salad places. Chop5 has excellent variety and quality. The service was friendly and he even made a point to specifically check on my experience because I mentioned it was my first time. Really great experience and I can’t wait to go back.
