I like the food but the staff are not very good at their job...I went in to pick up my online order and forgot my wallet. I asked them to replace the marinara with ranch in the online order and they didn’t. when I asked to swap they wanted to charge me (and I didn’t have my wallet). They didn’t give me the ranch and expected me to pay like .50 cents when I didn’t have any cash on me.The staff are just young college kids who don’t understand the value of decent service. I couldn’t fully enjoy my food and won’t be going back.You’d think .50 cents is worth keeping a customer?

I actually enjoy the food, when it comes. Your best bet is to order at 8pm or so, and maybe it will show up before they close at 4am. If you order at 2, a healthy margin before their listed closing, it may very well not show up at all.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DELIVERY NEVER ARRIVED .We ordered delivery at midnight, estimated delivery was 1:00 am. We stay up until 1:45; called well over 12 times; and considered driving over; at which point we had to go to sleep. We wake up to a text from a random number "hey boss. left your food by the elevator." sent at 2 am. We checked for the food at 8am and nothing was there. Called today to ask for a refund for never receiving our food and we addressed by a rude man who had the audacity to tell us he "shouldn't be doing this" because it's our word against his workers. After arguing for a few minutes he agreed to refund the card we used to pay. He then hung up as my boyfriend was speaking. He has not refunded our bill as of yet.

fillings are flavorful, but dough is sub par. definitely not a calzone, more like a stuffed pizza pie. didnt have the savory crunch/ chew combo one seeks when indulging in the domed goodness. think italia. a calzone should embody the Sistine chapel; shapely and filled with unmatched beauty. i got... broken popup camper vibes. nice try, dough! ?
Nothing has changed with DP Dough since they came back from the dead. I figured they might have gotten it together and decided to try it again but when it showed up late, the cheese wasn’t even partially melted and the sauce was cold.

Ordered a calzone online, never got it, never even got a call letting me know they couldn’t deliver it... then I had to call twice to get a refund.Also the pizza and calzones are mediocre. If you’re reading this, it’s probably 2 AM and DP dough is probably the only restaurant still open.

They do not answer their phone and will take orders online when they aren't actually open.We ordered 3x and 2x we didn't receive our food... and didn't get a call for 2 hours saying they had an "emergency" and we would not get the food we ordered No apology, no offer of coupons or discounts the next time we order. Just excuses. It's a real shame that the new owner is giving DP Dough a bad name as we've never had issues like this in other cities.
