I’ve been going to deli zone since 2020, and i honestly think it’s the best breakfast place I’ve been too. I would say their menu is diverse and great, but I haven’t been able to move past the first sandwich I ordered; the baby kong. So fricking good. I’m dreading the day I move out of boulder. Shout out

I am a long-time regular at this place and I wouldn't recommend you to order here unless you hear a woman's voice on the phone. Where is the Woman who has run this place for years? She makes the best sandwich. I always order a ham and with egg cheddar cheese + mayo sriracha lettuce tomato jalepeno. When she makes it it is carefully put together, made to order, cut in half, hygienic, and she has never once messed up my order in 6 years.The last two times I've been in, a man is running it who doesn't listen to my order, forgot to put ham in my ham and egg, put on ketchup instead of sriracha, did American cheese instead of cheddar, forgot the mayo, doesn't cut it in half, and I found 2 hairs in my sandwich.Sorry to be blunt but I really hope the woman who has been running this place for years comes back. It's hard for me to be grossed out by a place I've been coming to for so long - if I see her I'll change my review with my apologies. She makes the best sandwiches!

Ordered today and got a soprano on gluten free bread. I think they forgot about me cause it took 25 minutes to get my sandwich on my 30 minute lunch and by the time I did, it was cooled off, cheese not melted and the bread crumbled. Forgot the lettuce too which is a bummer. I've had this place before and enjoyed it but it must have been an off day I hope they can get some more help to get the place off the ground again
