“Love this deli! They use lots of tasty fresh ingredients, I am obsessed with their bread, and are very timely in completing online orders. I also love that they do not skimp on ingredients, nothing makes me more disappointed in a restaurant when I pay good money and barely get any food in my order. I have tried the other locations and the Boulder one is the best by far! Very friendly staff, clean store and fantastic quality for the price.Parking: You need to go around to the back of the building to a parking garage that has free parking for the businesses. Not super hard to find, but definitely helpful since there is no street parking in front of the store.“
“Im not local to Boulder, but i will literally go out of my way to go there for one of the Mediterranean Markets gyros. I’m actually currently in Greece, and ive been trying different gyro hot spots, on different islands, and surprisingly NOTHING has came to comparison to the gyros i get back home. I am so shocked and astounded, to the point where im going out of my way to make this review. I know for a fact where im heading the moment i get back for THE best gyros ive EVER had. Props to the family for making the best gyros and giving me such a high standards on a good gyro! (not sure if thats a good thing cuz im being let down here in the Mediterranean.)“
“My Girlfriend and I come here just about everyday, it’s by far the best spot for amazing food and great prices,(I might be addicted to the steak egg and cheese wrap ) if you have not tried out Bovas then you are missing out. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the cooks are always cheerful and talk to you it’s honestly a great vibe 10/10!“

“I generally like this place and will keep coming back, but there almost always seems to be a problem with getting my food on time. I have watched two of three people on average who order after me get their food first. The staff is great, but it’s a bit frustrating to see people who order after you get their food first.“
“I'm not usually a review leaver unless I've had a stand out experience, so, in my opinion, this place is definitely worth checking out. I felt like I was eating lunch in the shire. The music and decor made me smile throughout, but the sandwich (I got the pesto) was superb. I also tried the hot green maté which was equally as delicious. I'll certainly be returning!“
“Was in Boulder with my daughter for a CU admitted student event. Very close to campus and parking was easy to find on side streets just a few blocks away. Great menu options and even a quick grab-n-go section too! I was offered a sample of their homemade sweet potato curry soup and it was amazing! I ended up ordering a cup with my BLT on sourdough. So good! My daughter had the buffalo chicken sandwich and she ate every last bite! That never happens :)Atmosphere was great and owner was super friendly and providing great suggestions on selections. I was a little sad I didn’t get to sit in the hand so I’ll definitely have to come back and try that out. It was still nice to have a front row window seat of Pearl Street. If you are in Boulder and want goos food with a friendly vibe, definitely check this place out!“
“Felt like they picked up a French deli & provisions shop and plopped it down in Boulder! Sandwiches were simple and delicious! The shop had so many items that I wanted to try from the cheeses to the patés to the butters to the cookies. Highly recommend!“
