This place is worthy of being recognized as something truly special. Whoever owns this place is essentially sharing simple Italian truths that go beyond most peoples comprehension. You probably can’t buy better pizza than this in the united states.Kid-friendliness: Even the best restaurants can drop the ball when it comes to satisfying children. This place however sets the bar with a cheese pizza that will leave you wondering how something so simple can be done so much better than you’re used to.

Such a cool spot for lunch in Boulder! Do not sleep on the brussel sprout salad! Will be back for a pizza or two for sure.Vegetarian options: I would imagine that most items could be made veg friendly.

This is a great little spot to get a fresh pizza ? and a beer! My brother and I went and we got the meatball app which was a good size (4) for the 2 of us. We also shared the argula prosciutto pizza which was great as well! Only wish was that there was a little less arugula, as it was over-piled on and kept falling off. We saved the meatball sauce to dip the pizza in. Very friendly servers too!
No idea how this place stays in business AND gets good reviews. The $20+ pizzas are like some free appetizer pizza at a happy hour. The crust is microscopically thin. There were two pieces of basil on our whole za, most of the za was cheeseless, and we had to go get something else to eat after eating this skimpy, barely-any/toppings $23 pizza. Go to backcountry. Go to cosmos. Go anywhere but not here.

I just tried Fringe's new sandwich + salad lunch special. I got the pastrami and prosciutto sandwich and I'm disappointed at how salty the sandwich was. pastrami and prosciutto are both already salty, adding large salt flakes on the bread is very unnecessary and ruined the sandwich for me.
