Dear Owner…Although I obviously don’t know your typical traffic on a Sunday afternoon, I fear you are hurting your business by staffing short…. My kids and I just waited more than 15 minutes to order while the store was packed with customers waiting for orders!.. there are two team members working (and neither is enthusiastic but perhaps that’s due to the overwhelm). My kids love your products but I thought you should know that the service level on Sunday at 1:15PM is not in line with the product quality. Dave

Tasty smoothies and very fast service. One of the workers recommended I try a carrot juice with peanut butter and matcha added in... It was DELICIOUS!!!

Good smoothies but there’s always a long wait to get your orders. Even when there’s no line. I think they just don’t have enough workers at this location(Update 6/8/2023 - I’ve been back a couple times now and the service seems to be getting better)

Ordered the watermelon blast smoothie. Online, the ingredient list did not include bananas, however, I received a smoothie that was at least 75% banana. That's okay, mistakes happen. I asked the workers if they could remake my smoothie without banana after asking if it was supposed to have banana in it at all. The second smoothie still had remnants of banana. I don't know if this is because of a lack of cleanliness in the blenders, or because the smoothie just had banana it it again. I would ask them to remake it again, but I'm just a teenage girl scared of confrontation. This was also after expressing allergies the first time.

On Sunday January 15th around 2 pm, tall male with yellow hair was working here, me and my husband came there. The man was super unprofessional! Very disrespectful and rude. The man put the order on his computer and turn to work on making the drinks, and the screen looks like an something only employee would see it, we tried to make the payment and it did not work and we told them and waited in inside the place for him to come over, and instead he said: I can’t let you walk here without paying! People don’t like where they are working, they are very mean consistently!!!!
