After our order was 30-min late, I decided to call and see if they could somehow prioritize our delivery, as I had two small children to feed before bedtime. Tim, the local manager responded with 'No, there are people that have orders that are 57min late'. He couldn't refund me either. Pretty much the worst attitude and customer service I've received in a very long time. Late, rude, and didn't care in the least.

The person behind the counter had a lot of hair not being managed. Hard to enjoy a sandwich when you saw it waving around by the food.

I know, i don't usually post chain food reviews- but this Jimmy John's in specific was an awful expierence. My sandwich tasted as rushed as it was. Stail bread, wasn't cut in half, no meat, blobs of mayo: everything was wrong and they no longer have my business.

Yeah I've been waiting for my order for an hour. I called to see what the issue was, and I was informed that the delivery man is on bicycle. If he can't make it to the destination in 45 minutes, there needs to be a different means of delivering food.

The negative reviews seem a little off base to me. The food is the same as any other Jimmy John's I've been to. The speed is the same as any other one I've been to. It smells like every other Jimmy John's. It's a Jimmy John's.

I WISH I could leave zero stars. I have never experienced worse customer service. Whoever worked today should be fired. The man who delivered my sandwich was impatient and rude, considering I myself was working when the sandwich was delivered. I ordered a BLT, was never told the price, when I asked they just hung up. When it came I was charged $11 for a blt with ONE PIECE of bacon. I paid $12 for some lettuce and tomato. Will never eat here again, and will be contacting the company for I will not accept the treatment provided to me today.

Can you say Gargantuan with Guacamole ¿?¿... That's the only sandwich i ever order (satisfies and more than fills the tummy)

I've worked in a JJ's corporate store before, in those stores getting orders right and good customer service is essential, small gripe, but two days in a row they've not brought napkins when I asked for them to bring napkins specifically, also I know they're probably busy, but delivery in these franchised stores tends to be not so 'freaky fast'.. Again small gripes, but typically in my past experience bringing napkins with deliveries, Atleast st corporate stores is a standard... And worst case scenario when I ask for napkins, they have a button to add napkins onto the order so they know to bring some... Napkins not a big deal but if they mess that up, I have no doubt they miss other details as well.

Hours on google maps were wrong. Showed up at 11 and they said open till 3, but they were closed.

Terrible, disgusting establishment. Found a long black hair in my sandwich. Also, I ordered a veggie and two different workers made my sandwich and still didn't put avocado in it. Terrible terrible experience. We walked into this jimmy johns and there was a strong odor of bleach and wet bread. Overwhelmingly disgusting and the mop bucket and mop was just laying in the middle of the floor.

Me and my husband ordered a sandwich about 6:30p and they NEVER showed up or call me so I don't like this place
