Don’t come here during lunch. No sense of urgency. Shift Leader constantly checks phone while ringing orders. Had to wait 30+ minutes for sandwich. A few people waiting in line gave up and went somewhere else. Just be careful. Also, food quality and quantity has drastically dropped. Recently sandwiches are no longer the worth the price you pay for them.

I order from this JJ's a lot. like WAY too much... I do it because they're close and inexpensive, but also, this store rocks. Most of the time, they're "Freaky Fast", but if they're not, I know they're busy- life happens, that's all good!In the past 8 months of regular ordering, (like multiple times a week), I might have had one or two issues, ever, and the drivers and managers are ALWAYS super cool, helplful, and accommodating.Regardless of what's goin on, though, I want to give a shout-out to this JJ's crew and Thank you all for everything you do! I know it's the little things, but when it's my lunch, that's important to me, and this team does all the stuff right to make sure I"m always gonna be ordering with them :-)Thanks Boulder JJ's Team!

I ordered for pickup a JJBLT with no lettuce, add avocado spread and turkey and cut in half. Didn't open the bag until i got back to work since i ordered for pickup for my lunch. The sandwich they gave me is completely wrong, it has ham and provolone and nothing else, it's not even cut in half. They also got my drink size wrong but hey, at least i still got my chocolate chip cookie i guess. I know for a fact this sandwich is cheaper than what i ordered but seeing as im back at work, i do not have time to go back and correct this. I'm pissed.

I ordered a sandwich from Jimmy John’s online app, hoping to get it “freaky fast” as they claim. However, when I arrived at the store, my order was still not ready, and I had to wait. What is the purpose of wasting my time with the app? The staff was rude and unprofessional, and they blamed me for being frustrated. They did not apologize or offer any compensation for the delay. The sandwich was mediocre and not worth the hassle. I will not order from Jimmy John’s again and I do not recommend them to anyone who values their Time and Money. I should say, every time I order online, when I arrive at the store sometime later my food is not ready. The boulder Jimmy John's is very freaky slow.

My sons football team had their game delayed so we had to scramble to feed 13 kids. Went here to grab some sandwiches. They refused to serve us because “they didn’t have enough bread”. Really? You’re a sandwich shop. You don’t have enough bread to sell 13 sandwiches. Ridiculous. PS the store was EMPTY when we were there. Not like they were slammed with other customers.

Small squished location when it comes to dinning in (was missing a chair on this recent visit at the small 2 seater table up front).Overall fun, easy, grab & go sandwiches ? though nothing spectacular. My daugther just wanted Jimmy John's, a quick meal idea as we were on the go.

Ordered a large catering order, and the sandwiches came covered in mayo. Each box comes with a packet of mayo, so why does each sandwich already come covered in it?About half of the order went uneaten because of this (roughly 10 boxes), as not everyone like mayo. Very disappointing for such a large purchase.
