Not fully their fault but mostly the fault of the delivery people but I didn’t get what I ordered. What I paid for was a three piece with fries and corn with a side of biscuits and a Pepsi. What was deliver were tenders (if you can call them that) and a chicken sandwich. I tried calling the store that prepared the food three times and no one picked up so I couldn’t get anything fixed in terms of getting the right thing fixed or a refund.

Closed! Boulder doesn't support the more expensive chain fast food restaurants. Working class people on't have many choices in Boulder. The nearest KFC is in north Longmont.

Worst business I've ever dealt with!Ordered 2 bucket meals, was charged nearly $70, and only had 2 sides that were billed separately (bucket meal comes with 3 sides each) and basically was told to Get F@:&$ by the "manager" when I called about the issue. Possibly the worst KFC in the entire country. Everything about the location is dirty. They may or may not have chicken at any given time. And don't even think about going through the drive thru unless you have an hour on your hands. How they keep their franchise idk.

Enough is enough with this place. Disgusting wouldn't even scratch the surface. EVERY piece of chicken I've ever ordered from this place has been hard and dry. EVERY taco is soggy and the wrong order. Tonight was the last straw. The pot pie I ordered must have been under the heat lamp all day. A quarter inch of mashed mystery substance was under the crust. I can not believe this place is even in business. The manager refuses to address any of the issues and word on the street is if you ask the right employees they will sell you meth.

The adage, DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER is often good and fair advice but in the case of the Arapahoe KFC in Boulder, it fits. The building and property, the drive thru window and the employees serving you all look like they need a good scrubbing which begs the question... What about the food? Institutional at best. As a forty year Boulder resident I've honestly been trying to make the Arapahoe KFC Boulder location work for years but I'm done. The place, the employees, the service and the food have reached a shelf life and it seems that no one is managing the place which is unfortunate because every town needs a good KFC. Sadly, this store has seen better days. Save your money.
