We went to Larkburget for dinner because I was craving a burger and the last time we went it was delicious. Sadly, tonight, it was barely mediocre. The patty was perfectly cooked but both of our buns were dry and our fries were cold. Such a disappointment particularly for $24. My husband and I agreed that next time we'll go to Five Guys.

I used to love Larkburger in Boulder. We'd even have my birthday parties there. In my 50s. In the new location with the new management I couldn't give this place a one star. Partially because I can't taste the food because they screw up the orders. Today I ordered a tuna burger and while I was waiting I asked for a cup for water. I went and got some water and an employee sitting there said you're stealing our soda. I said I was getting water "no that's our soda , charge her $2.68." I poured it out and I went over and I said I would like my money back and I would like to speak to the manager. This employee kept harassing me and said "come over here you're stealing from us." I tried to speak to the manager and he went back there yelling about me. I won't go in this restaurant again and I recommend that no one else do either

Called to place order but voicemail full and message advises no responses would be possible. Went online, ordered from menu. Payed with Apple Pay option, got confirmation of pickup time. Got to restaurant, advised. I order received but they would be happy to take my order but I would have to pay at the restaurant. They advised the Apple Pay should or other online methods aren't really "theirs" and I should expect a refund in 24 hours or so. If not I could come back and see about a refund for the second payment from the store. Pretty unorganized and inefficient and no one takes responsibility except that you can come back to the store again and hopefully a manager will be present to discuss the double payment refund.

I just got a burger here to go and it was completely raw even though I ordered medium. I called to get a refund but their voicemail was full so I could not. I have to say their fries were fantastic but were completely overshadowed by the raw meat.

I got The bacon ? Cheddar burger ? with a side of edemame. Burger Was Great. I liked you could pick how you wanted it cooked I chose medium well. Great meal but pricey. 10$ burger. I guess everything so expensive now sucks.

This used to be our go to spot for food after hiking anywhere near Boulder, but we haven’t been in a while. We were there today, and I don’t know what changed, but it’s not as good as it used to be. The sauce on the burger didn’t taste as good and the milkshake tasted like a burned out electric motor smells. The fries aren’t as good as I remember either. I hope they go back to the way they used to be. Very disappointing.

I have never had a bad burger here, and since my first visit this had remained my favorite burger restaurant. The service is never bad but could be better and more friendly (but you cant expect to much from a bunch of college students) and the food is made relatively quickly.

i ordered burger medium-rare. I got home, and the patty was just completely uncooked – it was completely raw on the inside. Their cooks don't know how to cook.

They don't answer the phone.. so when you show up to ask about a deal they sent you, they don't honor it.. weird business practice....

Terrible since changing locations the absolute worst service. Save your money and time and just go to Wendy’s. They no longer have the kale salad which was the best thing on the menu and the food isn’t any better than fast food. The music was a head ache as well two different songs playing at the same time just made you want to leave as fast as possible. We came in with our family and they wouldn’t allow us to move the tables together blaming it on the pandemic, that is over. The fact that they still expected a tip after being rude and not really doing much of anything. you bus your own table and clean up your area your self, made no sense.

Lark burger used to my favorite spot and it has completely changed within the last few years. No more shoe string fries, the burgers are much greasier than before, overall taste has gone down, and the restaurant is dirty. Sad to say I won't be returning- too expensive for an average burger. Hope one day they can return to their original recipes.

Gone DOWNHILL in every way. When Larkburger first opened in Boulder, I ate there once or twice a week. I bought gift cards for all my friends. I was HUGE fan. I ate there yesterday and cannot recall a worse experience. The chicken sandwich was so burned AND dried out, I showed it to the counter person and actually asked for a fresh one. The second attempt was barely cooked, dry and the bun had NOTHING on it. No sauce. Nothing. The fries were cold and Larkburger has obviously switched french fry products. In the beginning, Larkburger fries were the most unique I had ever tasted. Now they look & taste like Burger King - or worse. I could go on, but you get the idea. SO DISAPPOINTING. WHAT HAPPENED to this formerly wonderful restaurant????

I've been coming here a lot, love the truffle burger but this is another disappointing visit recently. Ordered medium well and it was overcooked and burnt on the outside of the meat, yet served it to me anyways. I hate waste so tried to eat it but it just tasted like char. Can't see myself coming back again...

Overall really good tuna burger, but it seems that this burger place lacks heart. The chili fries are underwhelming, go for the parm truffle fries. Love the artwork inside!!! Good experience.

Not a good hamburger. Tasteless, greasy maybe even old meat. Ordered medium well, was raw. 2 stars because the fries were decent but it’s not Lark fries, it’s Lark Burger and no care was given by this store to the quality of that burger. Will be going to Snarf burger from now on.
