Cream cheese recipe continues to be an experiment. Today was better, but really mushy/soft. still off from their long historical product.Staff are friendly, however the gal thought I was done after 1 bagel ordered and moved onto the next order.Sadly the prices have gone up dramatically through COVID. $3 for a 10oz Martinelli apple juice that retails elsewhere for under $1.50 is ridiculous.
One time, I ordered an Asiago bagel here and took it to go. When I arrived home, imagine my chagrin when I realized the bagel maker had given me TWO BOTTOM BAGELS.I mean…..I got a bagel…..but it was the WORST parts of the bagel times two and some person got my greasy, cheesy top.Call me crazy, but if I am putting cream cheese on a bagel, I might notice if one didn’t have a top? If that’s all the effort you can put in, then just don’t offer burritos. 4/10 sausage burrito. One step above a gas station. Oh… and it was $11 + tip.If you’re thinking of going here, stick to the bagels.
