Got over charged by at least $10 when I visited prior. I went back to follow up the next day about it with the manager. They confirmed they had overcharged and... that was it, no refund, no apology, nothing......Friendly reminder folks, double check that receipt next time to ensure they are charging you the correct amount.

I had a great and delicious time during my visit here! My cousin and I stopped by on my last night visiting Boulder and it was a wonderful way to end my trip. I had never been to a hot pot place previously and this was the absolute best introduction to one that I could have asked for. When the staff learned that it was our first hot pot experience they and the owners made sure to come over and tell us the best ingredients, flavors, and sauces and how to operate the hot pot and cook each part so that it was done the best it could be. I loved it! The food was, of course, delicious; and I have no photos because I ate it all so quickly and was just immersed in the experience. The great food, very kind staff, and fun experience made for a great dinner and I highly recommend a stop in!

Really good broth, not greasy at all. This is probably the best authentic hot pot place you can find in Colorado.

Very good noodles and broth. I had the braised beef and the flavor was rich and deep. It was a little hard to tell from their online presence whether they were actually open or not but they are although they are closed on Mondays. It's a little pricey for a lunch but it's very filling. I'd love to come back for their hot pot table

Very good place to have authentic Chinese (southwestern China) foods. I would say it is the best in the greater Denver area.

I cannot recommend this noodle house enough. They made it as a brand new small business starting at the beginning of the pandemic for a reason. I have never gotten so much pork belly in a dish, let alone at the prices they offer. The spice was perfect. They have tons of quality gluten free and vegetarian options. The staff was nice, the food was fast and delicious. There is no category where they didn’t excel.

Great place for a hot bowl of noodles! I haven't tried the hit pots yet, but I look forward to it. The medium spice level is excellent; hot but not too much, continues to build as you eat. Try the kimchee cucumber! Fresh and spicy. The place is clean, small but not cramped, just watch your knees at the hot pot tables! See you there!

Come here if you're craving legit, good quality Chinese food. The restaurant has a touch of Asian fusion, offering appetizers of edamame and kimchee, but the heart and soul of the restaurant is Chinese hotpot and noodles. And they offer GLUTEN FREE noodles! They have some vegetarian noodle dishes too. Hotpot seems to be the most popular choice for those dining in, and you can order small hotpot for one person or a large hotpot for a group. Once it gets cold outside, check out the hotpot! For appetizers, the spicy cucumber and pork belly were really good. The rest of the menu contains some excellent noodle dishes. You can choose your noodle dish's spice level (no spicy, medium spicy, very spicy) and whether you want the wheat or gluten free noodles. The flavors and ingredients are a step above what you can find at Zoe Ma Ma. My husband judges a Chinese restaurant by the quality of its braised beef noodles, and he could not stop talking about how good his meal was. I don't think adding broccoli to the noodles is authentic, but it's still healthy and tasty, so no complaints there. I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles (medium spicy) with gluten free noodles and also loved it. Something about pork and veggies mixed with noodles and a spicy sauce hits the spot! The gluten free rice noodles are round and thick, which is a pleasant surprise over the thin vermicelli noodles I thought I'd get. Overall, this restaurant is a great addition to Boulder and fills a big gap in Boulder's dismal Chinese food scene. The service was fast and friendly. There are two tables on the patio for outside seating, but hotpot can only be eaten inside due to city rules about burners. Since we ordered noodles, we happily ate on the patio.

Okay so I'm sure their regular dishes are fine here, but I definitely would not recommend getting the hot pot at this particular restaurant, ESPECIALLY not the vegetarian broth... the main reason you should go elsewhere for hot pot is because it is WAY more expensive here than any other hot pot place! The other reviewers probably haven't tried other hot pot to know this, but these prices are really crazy in comparison. A tiny bowl of sauce is $1, a minuscule bowl of noodles is $3, and your cheapest bet is to pick a small basket of pre-chosen meat/vegetables for $17, whereas hot pot at most other places is all you can eat of everything for $22.... My boyfriend said his bone broth was good, but unfortunately my vegetarian broth was almost inedible.. tasted mostly like water with a weird aftertaste. Anyways this place wasn't terrible but I think it's way overpriced and I was disappointed in my dish, and I think that if you're getting hot pot you should really try somewhere different!!

We tried for first time and the experience was first class wonderful. The House Noodles extreme perfection, the entire dish was perfectly spiced and totally authentic. Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Service was highest caliber you might find in a Michelin restaurant. Cannot give enough praise.

My teenage daughter turned me onto this place. Point entering you are greeted by the the smell of cooking food. I had the pork belly hot pot noodle dish and let me tell you, this was some of the best food I have had in a long time. This will be my go to place once the weather gets cold. If you don't try This restaurant in Boulder Colorado you are missing out this is a small hidden gem that you will not regret you visited!
