We were visiting downtown and stopped in here and checked out then variety of places to choose from. We got the pork belly buns. They were very good and my Taiwanese friend said the peanut sauce was pretty authentic. The pork belly was the right amount of pork and fat. I usually don’t like the fat but this was just the right amount. The bun was also super delicious. It was prepared pretty quickly. I liked how you got a text when your food was ready.

I had a very frustrating experience: I explained to the person taking the order that I did not want chili oil on my dish. She put that on the ticket and also explained to the cook. There were no other people so it was pretty easy to see when my order was being prepared. I could see person who took the order also telling the cook "no chili" oil and then HE PUT IT ON ANYWAY! What is the point of asking about food allergies or sensitivities if they are just going to be ignored? The cook then began to question my request and said there was chili in the sauce and basically was telling me to go away, but after paying and waiting once already while I was on a short break and didn't have time to waste, be very begrudgingly made it again. If it's so frustrating to have to make the dish over, that can be avoided by following the written and spoken directions from your colleague!

I got the pork noodles. It was not tasty and very pricey. I’m disappointed and probably don’t want to come back again.

:: Food :: We ordered the Braised Pork Rice (Lu Rou Fan, GF), Beef Noodle Soup, and the Pork Belly Taiwanese Buns. Everything was really flavorful, I liked the braised pork rice, especially with the pickled mustard greens and egg. :: Service :: I agree that the customer service could have been friendlier but it wasn't that bad, it was nice to know that the co-owner grew up where we're from in California. :: Parking :: We had to find street parking nearby. :: Restroom :: Yes, there's a restroom on the first floor near the entrance in this food hall.

Service was average. I had the Saucy Pork Noodles, which were pretty good. Unique spot!

My cousin recommended, food is absolutely wonderful and staff has an awesome and positive attitude, the building is wonderful and has a lovely ambiance. Portion sizes are perfect and I would 10/10 recommend this restaurant and the saucy pork noodle dish. It's not too heavy and not too light, it's perfect.

This was one of a few places my husband and I tried at Avanti food hall. We shared:- Saucy Pork Noodles- Sichuan Hot Chicken Bao BunsThe bao buns were fantastic. The chicken was juicy and the seasoning was delicious and spicy. The pork noodles were just ok for me. There was almost no sauce on them which is strange given the name. They weren't bad, but they didn't have a ton of flavor.I'd still go back to try other dishes on the menu and maybe it was just an off day for the noodles we got.

Service = terrible Food = mediocre, at bestThis place will need to hire new staff or train their employees to be more customer service minded. Not friendly at all. Waited 25 minutes for spring rolls and 2 bao buns when I was told it would be 15. The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because the chicken had flavor.Save your money. You can get better food elsewhere.

The worst service I've ever seen in any field of work. Absolutely embarrassing. The workers stood at the counter with their backs turned to the customers and then seemed annoyed that they had to work. If you are the owner and see this - it's probably your fattest employee that was at the counter. Insanely rude and awful. Wouldn't be surprised if they spit in peoples food. Do not support this restaurant. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. I hope you go out of business.

Enjoyed our meal while stopping in Boulder. Taiwanese dishes with a bit of a twist. Food was delicious but serving size on the smaller side. Great views from the top floor of pearl street, but have to be careful not to spill your food during walk and up the elevator.

This should have far better reviews. The Beef Noodles (with a side of chili crisp of course) is one of my top 5 best noodle dishes ever. Every time I visit I'm so satisfied with the food. Quick and friendly service too, thanks so much! I'll be back soon.

I have severe beef and dairy allergies and was able to eat here. No dairy at all on the menu and the beef doesn't cross-contaminate the chicken items (not sure about pork but also probably that too)

Food was subpar dumplings from frozen section at Costco taste the same, wouldn’t have even bothered to leave a review but the large Asian man who took my family’s order today was so RUDE ! While taking our order he proceeded to correct us and speak over us multiple times! Very horrible attitude! Didn’t want to jump to conclusions as we all have bad days, but even as I returned to pick up my family’s order, he threw the food tray up on the counter and rudely slid chili paste while letting out a loud sigh as if giving us the chili packet was such a big ordeal (which we ordered and paid for already) would never come back to this place based on this first impression. Thanks.
