Overall delicious experience at Pizza Alberico! And my partner is from Rome so that’s saying something ? Got the marathon torch cocktail, arancini, fried vegetables, meatball polenta and margherita pizza, then burnt honey gelato and a cannolo for dessert. All was excellent but the cannolo was a bit too heavy on bitter orange. Definitely will be back! Atmosphere and staff were charming.

Had the most amazing experience here last night! It was a very busy night so we had a little bit of a wait for our reservation, which was no problem, but the manager Ben and our waitress Lisha really went out of way to take and care of us while we waited! The food here is so good and I highly recommend trying the prosciutto, the arancini, and and any of the pizzas( I got the Quattro Formaggi ?) Definitely will be coming back!

An interesting, and oh-so-roman-catholic vibe in this place! My wife and I sat at the bar with Abby and got cocktails and pizza. Drinks were excellent with creative presentations. Pizza was classic wood fired Neapolitan with elevated ingredients, very solid! Bar staff was very fun, friendly, and accommodating. I will be coming back, however I found the wall art in the bathroom area to be uncomfortable and out of place. There is a picture of a child on the ceiling of the bathroom, it’s really quite weird.

I just finished my small Caesar salad. WAY too small a plate for the serving. Looked great, but half of it ended up on the bar.Bar staff is less than boring! Inattentive and un interested with the client.I suggested they serve the salad on a bigger plate and the bartender seemed less than interested. She’s the one who has to clean up the mess!Last time I was in, easily a year ago, they served their arancini on a small cocktail plate a serving was ONE! It rolled around stupidly on the plate. Today looks like 3 to a serving, in a small appropriate bowl. Seems they listened last time..maybe they’ll change the size of the salad plate! Pizza is great, just feel like the “attitude” it comes with ISN’t worth it ! ?

Went there for Valentines Day, made a reservation but had to pay $22 some dollars to reserve over the phone which was refunded when we showed up. At 4pm they only had the bar available although the room adjacent was empty and was when we left. I am sorry to say the pizza was not good. The crust was not crisp and we had to pay extra for mozzarella on a Margarita pizza?? My partners salads was so, so. Service was good. After taking the leftover pizza home, the next day the crust tasted a bit like perfume.
My fiancé and I came here to celebrate our anniversary tonight! The pizza was delightful and they had a fantastic array of small plates. Our server Jaret did an amazing job, from excellent wine service to a detailed explanation of menu items. We were super impressed with the amaro selection and are so excited to come back <3

Whether you’re a local or just visiting Boulder, you have to visit this very chic, welcoming pizzeria with authentic Neapolitan pizza and creative toppings. Be sure to sample their tasty appetizers, especially the handmade arancini and meatballs! Their service is outstanding and the atmosphere makes you want to stay until closing! Ben, the manager, is a friendly, attentive host. I’ll be coming back many times!
