We rolled in on the evening of 2/20/24.. the crew (a young man and a young woman) was very nice and the sub was FIRE!! A friend had told us about Potbelly about a year ago, we finally found one to try..and it was worth it. I got the turkey swiss and my wife got the turkey avocado.... she was speechless it was so good.. and the sub was assembled with care and presentation. Good job guys..well done!!!
First off, PLEASE erase those gd toilet pics that “Bill” and “Dew S” posted in “their”reviews. No one wants to see that.Second, if you don’t know that“Bill” and “Dew S” are the same person, you can't be helped. Also, this boy-child is complaining about having to use a unisex bathroom but also said that he travels all across the country. I guarantee that, during his travels across the states, he’s had to use a gas station bathroom and they typically only have a unisex bathroom or two. Assuming this Neanderthal isn’t lying… lol.Now, let’s get down to business! I only tried the pot pie soup… and I’ll be coming back for more of that and to try the Italian sub!

I order from here weekly. Always great service and food, and ready quickly. My only complaint is that lately they've been confusing the roasted red peppers with the hot peppers, making the sandwiches I've ordered nearly inedible. Even after scraping them off, the juices leftover make my mouth feel like it's on fire. I have no idea how anyone can eat them.

Ew! My salad was very gross. Wilted, old lettuce, wrinkled old cherry tomatoes, the cucumbers were translucent, the egg did not exist and the hummus was very spicy. The avocado was fresh. It was the worst salad I have ordered. Ever. Try Mad Greens or even Yrader Jo's. Seriously. My first and last time trying pot

Had a catering order ending in #62883 pick up time 11:15 am . It’s now 12:00 and only 1/2 of my order is completed. Meeting for 60 started at 12. Absolute failure my first and last visit to any possibility on the planet.

Food was okay but service was awful. No greetings, very hard to understand what they say, unfriendly with not even a thank you when I paid and left. As if they are doing the customers a favor by being there. I travel the country and no way will I go into another of these restaurants. Floors that were littered with food droppings - obviously have not been swept or mopped in hours, table tops and chairs too. Had to wipe my chair off and table top. Garbage/trash cabinet overflowing, and bathroom a disgusting condition. As the picture shows, litter all over and tampon wrappings hanging out of the disposal can. Being I am a MAN, I prefer not to see the remnants of the last female. It seems like you rather cater to a 3 type use (men, women, trans) for your restroom. Disgusting!Was the worst customer service. Saw the same behaviors shown to others. No reason I can think of to visit such an establishment again that is dirty, unkept, and disrespectful of their paying customers. I have read prior responses for this establishment. The company expressed gratitude for the review which helps them and promised to better improve things. Well, that review was 4 months ago. When are improvements going to start? Just look at the pics and decide for yourself. Read through other review responses- cut and paste replies. Shameful!

Out of the 3 people working.... not one was friendly hello nothing even after paid gal just walked away. Not very busy place. I had to wipe my table down before we could sit. Sub was ok. Restroom dirty. I had to use a rest room that bothe male and female use.. so gross I am a man I shouldn't see a tampon box next to a toilet. Grossed me out. Won't be back for sure.

I’ve tried tons of potbellies on different road trips, this is by far the best one! Everyone is so nice and helpful and so willing to make your sandwich the best! Super friendly staff and everyone seems genuinely happy. I made a mistake with my payment and they were so so understanding and able to help

This place has such a nice atmosphere and such lovely sandwiches. They’re milkshakes are out of this world and is a perfect place for catering. Definitely reccomend this place.

A short bald man, presumably a higher up, walked in and started chewing out all the hardworking employees. I had no issues with my service and the staff was friendly and efficient. The experience ruined the atmosphere and made for an awkward eating experience. Great service here but it seems unappreciated by those higher in the command chain.

First went to a Potbelly while traveling to MN and loved it. Their Italian sandwich is really good. Was super excited to see them land in Colorado. I try to hit them up whenever possible. I have never had a bad experience. If you like you sandwich spicy get the peppers

Learned a lesson here today. The girl making my sandwich asked what I wanted on my Pizza Melt. I said "everything" thinking I wanted it made the way it was on the menu. I also said, O! No lettuce. At that point I couldn't remember if that was on the menu board. Got back to my office with it and the first thing I see as I'm unwrapping it it a ton of lettuce. Along with tomatoes and pickles, yuck. This sandwich was sooo sloppy. And to top it off, there were no mushrooms which is the only veg in the ingredients list.
