Service was great, but pizza was not the best. Crust was burnt and bubbled. Sausage was a ring Sausage. Not typical for a pizza. Just my opinion.

Nice outdoor patio, shaded in the evening. Delicious, thin crust pizza. In cold weather, done inside and enjoy watching the pizza prep in the center.

Mostly just old creeps and bigots. Was too physically disgusted to order, walked out at the weirdness of the waitresses.

Saturday night was slow, and there was plenty of seating available. The service was good, I got my order prepared quite fast! They have a few beers on tap, and I ordered a lager. The pizza itself was pretty good. Overall, it was a solid experience.

We came in with family and were seated promptly in a small table in the back. Loved it! it was relatively quiet compared to the rest of the restaurant. The corner was darker, and I loved that there were no blaring lights or speakers anywhere near us. We were not rushed, but given time to review menus, chat and visit with family. The server was kind, cheerful, helpful, and amazing! As a Celiac I did not feel I could order with safety, but my party had, by all reported accounts, wonderful-tasting pies; and it did smell good. I would recommend.

We love the thin Napoletana style pizza!! It's our favorite in Boulder. Great service and great ZA! Highly recommend!!
Great local restaurant. The low rider adding jalapeños is my go to. hard to beat this pizza. The small is provably big enough but I usually get a medium because I can't stop eating it. Salads always taste super fresh. I highly recommend eating here. You can find less expensive pizza in town, but this is better. Friday nights they have clam pizza. My wife loves that. I order a low rider.

It’s interesting that the reviews are so mixed. I didn’t think the pizza was particularly memorable, honestly. The crust was sort of a flavorless cracker, and the toppings weren’t that flavorful either. But others have raved about the crust being “out of this world” — is the crust recipe different for different pizzas, or different chefs? Strange. But I thought it was fine, and I’ll be back! Friendly service and I was happy they had some nice salads.

Visiting the area. Stopped and asked a random person for their favorite pizza place. Proto’s was worth the recommendation! Arrived for a late lunch and the staff was welcoming. The pizza came quickly, was thin and crispy! We ordered the Traffic Jam. The toppings were very fresh. Would go back again!
