I found a hair in my sandwich after I got home, called the store, and the manager told me that she didn’t care if her staff war hairnets, or hats, and I had to just deal with it. She gave me a refund and did not apologize so I will never go to snarf’s again which is sad because usually they did a great job but from now on you’re gonna lose a lot of money cause I’m gonna spread this word around to family and friends.

The prime rib meat itself tasted like what microwaved beef would taste like. Hard to justify the $20 for a sandwich meal (with chips and drink) if the quality is like that.

Always use app and preorder sandwiches while I'm grocery shopping. They are always ready on time. I always get the Reuben from the "not on the menu" menu, and my husband always gets the corned beef and Swiss. We are never disappointed. Staff is friendly and courteous.Parking: Always easy parking directly in front of location.
Tried this place again after my last disappointing experience. The vegetables continue to be old and wilted, warm and nasty. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place continues to disappoint over the years.

I love Snarfs, but the Gunbarrel location seems to be the forgotten stepchild. We order online for pickup, but consistently missing some ingredient. Meat can be very skimpy compared to other locations and sometimes produce is beyond its expiration. What gives?
