My drink got stolen by another customer, but the folks working here today (11:30 AM, 8/20/23, I wasn't able to get their names) were very understanding and remade my order. They also gave me a card for a free drink to make up for it. :)
The epitome of quality customer service. The coworkers obviously enjoyed one another, their demeanors were sincere, and the facility was so clean and welcoming! Just went to get a coffee and Max exceeded expectations with his friendliness and personable nature. Please note that this isn’t common, and being from the restaurant industry it just made me so proud and excited. Perfect tone to start my day- this energy creates repeat business.
