We had my husband’s birthday dinner at this beautiful restaurant. The steak, sides, and desserts were all outstanding. The service was above and beyond .. at least five different kind and fun people checked on us all evening. We cannot wait to come back again. Best steakhouse we have been to in a long time. My family and I have been regulars at Steakhouse 316 for years, drawn back time and again by its exceptional ambiance and culinary prowess. Despite a recent visit where the service initially faltered under Manager Rick’s surprisingly unwelcoming and hostile attitude and a steak that took a few tries to perfect, the experience reaffirmed my loyalty.The night’s saving grace was General Manager Ish. Her professionalism, ability to swiftly address and rectify our concerns, and her genuine care for patrons exemplified the top-tier service that keeps me coming back. Ish’s outstanding management and the consistent quality of the dining experience at Steakhouse 316 merit a solid 5-star rating. It’s the commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, even in the face of hiccups, that defines a truly great establishment.

Awesome steak house! The atmosphere feels comfortable and warm while still giving upscale and high end establishment. The service was exceptional. We sat at the bar because we were looking to order food from that menu. Adrian took care of us most of the night and was a delight! He helped us with ordering and made one of the best Manhattans I've ever had! I will be back. I would recommend this place for a date night, casual drinks and shared meals with friends, a celebratory dinner or if you just simply want to treat yourself.

We had the most wonderful Valentine's Day dinner last night. I realized an hour before our reservation that I had accidentally made it for the 15th. I called and spoke with the sweetest hostess. She not only got us in, but she ended up giving us one of the best tables in the restaurant. The food was amazing, the service was great, and I will recommend Steakhouse No. 316 to all of my friends. Thanks!Also, get the black truffle butter for your steak - you won't regret it!

Food was amazing. Service I should have given 1 star but decided to be nice. We were never given menus. Had to get the ourselves. Drink orders came back incorrect. Steak topper was forgotten had to call the waiter over or flag someone down if we needed anything at all. Almost like our table of 6 didn't exist. It's too bad. The food was literally amazing but we won't be back because of the terrible service
This place was better than I could hope for. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and the best food I have had in a long time. I recommend the table side Caesar Salad. We will definitely be back here next time we are in Boulder.

We had lovely cocktails, beautiful wine pairing (thank you for the recommendation), shared the tomahawk ribeye (4 ways), nicely mixed Cesar salad (courtesy of a fun young man who loved making it table side), our server who endured our banter and encouraged all of our side dish selections (twice baked potato, truffle Mac and cheese). A very enjoyable dinner outing and celebration!

Overall loved the ambiance and vibe. We chose this spot to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday since he loves steak and know the Aspen location is amazing, and figured this would be just as good. The host and coat check guy was outstanding and very personable. Bartenders were great and drinks were unique. Most of the food was ok, slightly underwhelming honestly. My husband did not care for the special and found it to be overly charred. However this dinner was a big celebration and the most shocking part, especially for a restaurant of this caliber, was that not one time did our server say Happy Birthday or acknowledge my husbands birthday. She didn’t ask if we were celebrating anything, despite that we were quite dressed up compared to everyone else in the restaurant. The manager that came by didn’t acknowledge. Nothing with a candle. Nothing to make the night feel special. As two people who worked in restaurants for a long time, it was extremely disappointing.
