Went yesterday a little after 2pm on my lunch break and this was my crunch wrap.... Like WHAT?!? There's NO way they didn't notice how burnt it was. Both sides were black and rock hard, I at least tried to take a couple bites since it's what I had for my lunch break I could NOT eat it. I also ordered a taco with chicken and they gave me beef. What a fail, they also didn't give me a receipt.

The past two times I’ve visited they have been “open” on google, but closed upon arrival. At 2pm and 4pm on weekdays, cannot be trusted.

I come here all the time after work and normally everything is fine. But today I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich and a chicken quesadilla. After about 5min of waiting to pay in the drive through a man finally come to the window. I received a steak quesadilla and a spicy chicken sandwich, balled up in a bag, and he handed me my drinkwith his back to me. I was not impressed today, both with the the incorrect order, the bad customer service and whoever wrapped my food?

The last 3 times ive been to this tacobell/Kfc my food has been undercooked, way overcooked, and my tacos were drenched in oil. This is by far one of the worst fast food places in the area 100%. Dont give this place your hard earned dollars!

I went here just now and was reminded why I only go to Taco Bell twice a year. I love the food, but you have nothing I can drink. I can't have caffeine or sugar. The drive thru person got very short with me when she kept suggesting drinks that have one other the other. They don't know Sierra mist has sugar. Then they got more huffy at the window when I asked for sauce. They said they asked me at the order and I said no. I heard "do you want anything else..but I guess they said do you want any sauce. But they were so tense and short I heard wrong. When I got home the tacos weren't wrapped very well and were dumped upside down in the bag. (It was the big box, so what happened to the box?) So I have a bag of taco guts mixed with chips that also were thrown in the bag upside down. You gotta do better than this if you my biz back.

This Taco Bell is one of the worst ones I've ever ordered from! I had a 25$ tab just for my chulpas to be burnt and I mean super burnt, beans were dryer than some ashy legs, I also paid for a pinto and cheese w beef and didn't get that, I'm currently trying to contact a manager, I've called over 15× now and to top it off the young employees were inside laughing up a storm cracking jokes while I was trying to order! Highly don't recommend !!! HR will be hearing from me first thing in the AM tomorrow!!!

If I could give 0 I would. Nobody was working at this location and it took 20 minutes for one of the people in front of me in the drive through to realize thanks to the lack of signage. Thanks to the employees who theoretically work there not having the foresight to put up a sign saying they're closed I didn't get to eat lunch today.
