The Cork was wonderful—as usual! It was so nice to sit next to the fireplace on a damp cold evening and enjoy their happy hour fare which is excellent. I love their cosmos and can never decide what to order because everything is so good. My favs are the baked stuffed chiles, the fish bowl, and the enchiladas. Also, they make the best carrot cake!

Traditional steakhouse. Very fancy ‘fine dining' for Boulder with expensive wine list, white table clothes etc. But the menu is very basic, nothing very interesting or unique. We have come here to celebrate my sons birthday for past several years but the food wasn't as good this time. Not sure it's worth the price (average $100 per person if order steaks, a side, a drink, and dessert).

We enjoyed this restaurant very much. I will definitely be visiting again!

They even checked in again to make sure we were happy with everything. Without a doubt, we would advise everyone to consider their services.

The installation was neat and tidy, and the charger works flawlessly. They have charged up my trust in their services.

I greatly appreciate their meticulous attention to detail and the enhanced value they've brought to our kitchen space.

I ordered the "special", an 18oz Niman Ranch Ribeye. I also ordered a bearnaise to go alongside. The bearnaise was okay, not by any means the best I've ever had, it was a bit bland. I ordered my steak rare. When the steak came out it was far overcooked (well done). I asked the server for a new steak that was cooked to the proper temperature they obliged although they were clearly unhappy. When the second one came out it was still overcooked but less so (medium at best). I ate it anyway because at this point the rest of my dinner companions were at least halfway through their food. The only saving grace to this meal was that I ordered the pistachio cheesecake and it was delicious. Probably will not be eating here again. For a $70 to $80 steak it was marginally better than something that you would get at a Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse. My total bill was over $100 and I left thoroughly dissatisfied.

Filets used to be fantastic. After 3 filets during two visits and 6 total filets-none were eatable. The steaks were not barrel cut. They serve end cuts, tougher than shoe leather, has fingers like a bear claw, full of fat and gristle in the steaks and around the edges. We had difficulty cutting all steaks with a steak knife. Manager tried to make it right. Ended evening with New York strip- better, but still tough, chewy. Prices of food ( 56 filet 66 strip) should assure quality. Used to be great place to dine.
