This is the kind of food that has you constantly asking yourself, "How did this come from a Food Truck???" It's reasonably priced and with a menu that will have you wondering if only your tummy had more room! We had the luck for checking this place out while visiting Odd 13 Brewery and my entire family participated in the Clean Plates Crew that afternoon! The Lyonaisse salad was perfectly dressed and every bite of this salad was an amazingly flavorful one. My hubs had the Croque Madame and was impressed with the delicious mushroom bechamel sauce - even more so than his ultimate: a runny, fried egg. Loved this change of pace for an afternoon lunch. Looking forward to our next encounter!

Eating at their food truck, Two Hands, ruined my Saturday night. As soon as I got home from Rayback Collective, I started to become violently ill. It was upon retrospection I deduced that the burger was not thoroughly cooked through, due to its blackened exterior. A simple cut in the middle to check the meat seems like common sense to prevent food-borne illness, especially at such a venue as Rayback, where hundreds of people are liable to walk through. Their foodtruck should be renamed to No Hands, because they have no idea what to do!
