A full service hotel with no restaurant’s or bar Self service breakfast buffet was fair at best Really not clean and limited options

At the first moment you step in that place team give you a nice feeling. Very courteous crew, it is a kind place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. enjoyable cuisine, talented chef de cuisine, competitive price and excellent service. Warmly recommended.

Breakfast buffet was a huge ripoff. Would have been fine if it was included with the room, but despite what the front desk told us, it was not, and it was actually quite expensive. The lowlight for me was the pancakes. I have no idea how you can screw up pancakes, but they were crunchy and tasteless. I have no idea how long they must have been sitting out to actually get hard like that. The syrup had a hardened layer on top, which seemed a bit gross too. Walk a block to one of the other breakfast spots for a far better and cheaper breakfast. I like how they put a spot on the bill for a tip as if they had actually provided some kind of service? It's not like they sat me, got me water, or anything. Zero service.

Staff is always nice even when they have a full house. I look forward to a return visit. The place has a nice atmosphere. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I liked.

Hmmmm

The restaurant was not open when we arrived for our reservation. Since it was in a hotel, there was another restaurant that was open, but with no view. Since we wanted to see the creek they did seat us in Thyme on the Creek; we were the only guests in there, but did have a nice view of the creek. The menu seemed nice; my friend ordered the seared tuna and linguini; turned out they didn't have tuna but offered mahi mahi to replace the tuna. My friend accepted that and was satisfied with it, though it is quite a bland fish and the tuna would have been much better. I ordered the beef tenderloin filet; it was cooked on a hamburger grill. It was very tender, but I ordered it medium rare and it was medium well when it came. The vegetables were also overcooked. We had two appetizers before dinner, the pita chips and avocado, and felafel sliders. They were actually the best part of the meal. Afraid I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and definitely won't be returning.

Ownership needs to invest in a new restaurant. I had not been in to Thyme in years and it seems like a throw back to the 1980's when I would go to FAC at the Harvest House. There is a lot of potential for this location, it is sad that ownership won't invest in this Boulder Landmark.

Almost completely vacant on a weeknight. Good view of a pretty outdoor waterfall area. The food was better than we expected, but the price was higher to match it. The service was great, Dan (I think our server's name was) was awesome. I'd probably go back just because of its location.

Overpriced, not placed correctly on google maps, service somewhat slow... But the patio is nice

This is a casual restaurant with easy quik food and low prices. We had to spend 100 to use our 50 gift certificate, so we ordered the one elegant fish dish on the menu and it was excellent. The ceasar salad was also excellent. Lots of food and good service. The downside...the restaurant was empty, the menu limited and the choices very casual. They were out of the wine we wanted. I would only go back with a much smaller gift certificate and get the salad.

ate here for Mother's Day 2014. was planning on a table outside on the patio which does seem nice, however, a late spring snow storm kept us inside. The brunch was very mediocre, service wasn't great. Not sure I will give it another try or not.

The Millennium is sadly in need of an update. I wouldn't bring guests to this place due to the embarrassing out-of-date decor and the poor state of the grounds that could be so beautiful.

Went here just a few days ago, and there was absolutely no one there. There was no good atmosphere and the food was just okay. I had the jumbalaya bowl and that was pretty good, but the other dishes my family ordered were sub par. I would not decide to go back.

OMG where to start. First of all, how is more of a buffet subpar and you give it four stars? They automatically charge an 18% gratuity and the service shows as they simply do not take care of you since the tip is guarantied. $36 for a small filet, some sweet potatoes and green bean, And WTF is with an andoulle sausage sauce on filet? The caesar salad was tasteless although the polenta coutons were decent but I swear they made their frica (melted parmagian) in the microwave as there was no brown to it. They brought the wife the salmon with the cayenne sauce although she ordered it without. Their response? "It's not too spicy." It was and her refire was overcooked and the salmon was a couple of days old. Her fish and veg were so salty as to be inedible. My overall impression? It is a hotel restaurant so they don't care about repeat business. They serve you some food that you may be able to choke down and then you check out the next morning so who cares. Oh and with a $25 coupon and the salmon taken off (you couldnt eat it), the bill was still over $60. It would have been a waste of money at half that.
