decent for a bar, i ordered the classic burrito, and Green Chile, she asked me if i wanted for a protein , i said chicken, she said grilled or shredded, i said grilled.it came out shredded, the Green chile was OK, i have had green Chile in pretty much every corner of Colorado, and ive made my own for 33 yrs , this is in the mid 70% of good stuff.it had a Habanero placed on the side, which is a flavor that overwhelms pretty much everything , except maybe a Carolina Reaper LOL, anyway first time in, didnt get get more water , the bar tenders are young and not the best. i wasn't going to try a marg because the glasses were small prices high, and because of the age, (not discriminating just facts) and im betting weak drinks, the only really good Marg is made at home.ciao

Oh, this place is five stars in every category. If you doubt me in anyway, go there and order anything off the menu and I personally guarantee you it will be delivered within 4 to 5 minutes. I don’t even understand how they cook it that fast. They must be trained by aliens from outer space with advanced technology because I swear I’ve never seen food delivered so fast piping hot and absolutely perfect. I also really like how they give you, a bunch of sides for your fajitas. Big cup of sour cream, big cup of guacamole and a big cup of green chili sauce. All very good. A huge pile of lettuce and a huge pile of cheese as well and when I asked for hot sauce they brought me some homemade creamy really spicy stuff that I wanted to leave with a bottle of. I forgot to ask for some but next visit I’ll be sure to see if I can buy some of that.

I’ve eaten here a lot and tonight it was bad. They dumped a bunch of oil in the food especially the cream corn and kale taco and in the rice and my taco had a greasy chewy bay leave in it which is only meant to cook with and stay in the pan it’s not supposed to be served with the food! When they sent the manager (Adam) out ( a shorter man with shaggy brown hair and a gothic rock t shirt) so I could tell him he was argumentative and on the defense claiming I was just imagining it. He was extremely rude. And also claimed they don’t use any oil in their food? Ok so how do they make tortilla chips? Whatever! Train your cooks or I’m not eating here anymore. Also the music is way too loud in here.
I went here last night and the food was very greasy. I have eaten here before and it was ok but tonight it was really bad. There was a nasty bay leave in my taco which is a seasoning leave not meant to be served or eaten!I told the manager (Adam) in a polite way that the food is not up to par tonight and pointed out the pool of grease all over the taco and under the taco on the plate and the stale greasy rice and he got angry and started arguing with me. He even said in a condescending way "what do you want me to do about it?"Ok so maybe you are busy now but keep serving food like that and keep acting like this and you will swiftly go out of business. I know I wont be back. Besides the music is way too loud and it’s $50 for 4 tacos and some chips and salsa with no drinks. No thanks, there are way better places to go in Boulder for that price.
