Came to pick up and order for a customer. The music is blasting in the restraunt and different music in the back where the cooks are was also blasting. The employee kept telling me from the back of the kitchen the wait time was 20 minutes but I couldn’t hear her. I asked her to come closer but she couldn’t hear and understand me. I suspect there was an English Spanish language barrier because I kept trying to clairfy but she wouldn’t come up to the counter. I couldn’t hear anything because of how INSANELY loud the music was. Employees had to come up from the back to confirm that it was a 20 minute wait.

Literally never order for delivery. They forgot my drink and sauces, gave me the wrong flavor wings completely and lied on the phone saying it was the dasher’s fault. I then drove to the store to have it fixed, and she didn’t correct the flavors. We get home and realized this, so I call asking for a refund where the female manager berated me with an attitude, speaking so fast and aggressive that I couldn’t get a word in. That was enough to set me off for the night, I’ve never had service make me cry. I’m still waiting on the refund, as calling the GM the next day didn’t seem to get far, but beware of the complete lack of respect coming from the employees giving you an incorrect order. They had this review coming.
