i asked the individuals working to toast my bagel a little more than they did last time, and they gleefully charred it black. no apologies- i tried to explain to the person at the counter this was unacceptable but they had no ears to listen. i wish i had taken a picture, the image was traumatic and shocking honestly and didn’t expect it from them. blindsided. reached out to them and never heard back

Used to be great. Slowly going downhill: poorly heated food, barely toasted bagels, excessive packaging for eat in orders. I’ll probably stick to the consistently good Moe’s from now on.Edit: I gave them another chance, and have been pleased with my recent experience. Upgrading from 3 to 5 stars.

They bake the bagels in a wood-fired oven, giving them an unusual smoky flavor, and crackly texture. Best bagel I ever had,

I'm not sure why the menu just isn't accurate. I've never liked mushrooms, call me picky, whatever. I saw their "Woodchuck" burrito, it looked great so I ordered it. The menu says nothing about mushrooms. It was full of mushrooms. This seems like basic stuff. Why wouldn't you just put that on the menu? Especially with a burrito where there's no way to tell unless you unwrap it before taking a bite which no one does. Really really confusing.I'm not allergic to mushrooms, and I don't know if I've ever actually met anyone allergic to mushrooms, but it seems like not putting this kind of stuff on the menu listing for an item could lead to some pretty bad outcomes. The bagels are great though.

I was in a rush and needed a quick lunch. WoodGrain didn't seem busy, so I swung inside to order a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. I waited 15 minutes for them to make it, and they didn't even toast it. As for the bagel, it was more like something I'd expect to come packaged in a grocery store than from a bagel deli.

Fantastic bagel sandwiches! Kinda the pits that they no longer have reusable dishes/utensils/condiments.... That and no compost. Makes dining in feel a bit

Worst bagel I’ve ever had. King soopers has better bagels than this. Tasteless and an awful texture. Very bland. And really bad customer service.

They have handmade gluten free bagels, but it's hit or miss on them being worth it.Had some weird experience with the staff not being the friendliest.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free plain or everything bagels

Super solid bagels and great atmosphere. A spot I love to take my visiting friends for a good bagel. Unfortunately the last two times I’ve visited I’ve experienced the same employee with the same attitude. The first time I thought it was a fluke brushed it off who knows maybe she’s having a bad day. The very next visit same vibe.Haley I wish you the best I don’t know who hurt you but your customer service and tone come off immensely short, disrespectful, and rude. I’m not sure what sets you off before a word even leaves my mouth but I feel sorry your perceptions of certain people limit you from providing even the most bare minimum of service.

Woman employee in yellow beanie in brown flannel was rude. Will not be coming back. Even watched her be rude to the young gentlemen in front of me.

Went to get a bagel with my 2 year old today and I really appreciate how the staff treated him. He screamed inside and instead of dirty looks, he was offered a marshmallow. The staff was very friendly talking to him, showing him how the steam on the coffee machine worked when they heard him asking. Lots of smiles. Often places feel like they forget kids are kids and it adds stress to parents but not today at Woodgrain.
