Great breakfasts, very nice staff, and you can't beat the atmosphere of this restaurant. The Burger was my favorite thing on the dinner menu, so much so that I ordered it twice while in town for a week. Highly recommend eating at 9600 Kitchen!

Horribly overpriced for the quality. I don’t mind paying for an expensive dinner when the food is worth it but our meals (salmon $40, double bone pork chop $48) were not very good at all.

Excellent food and service. Lamb and beef short ribs highly recommend. Better than expected food quality but, as expected, quite pricey.

Went to 9600 for dinner on our first night in Breck and it was fantastic. We had the• Homemade Focaccia• Locally sourced Charcuterie board• Truffle Salami Pizza• Lamb Empanadas with Chimichurri• Lamb T-bone Steak• Beef Short rib Pappardelle• Cookie Desert• Date CakeChef Taylor came to the table and explained how all items on the charcuterie board were locally sourced and items on the new menu as well. He made a point to explain how the focaccia was made in house and the menu was evolving to feature some of colorados best local ingredients. The staff was also great at suggesting dishes and recommending wine for our meal. Thank you for a great first night in Breck.

They don't know how to charge by card, but they don't accept cash, they don't respect reservations and cancel them on the day itself, SAVE YOURSELF THE PENALTY OF BOOKING AND BEING CANCELLED!

We walked in and after a few min of waiting a a few looked By the bar tender and a waitress, the bartender said, oh you can just sit anywhere, ? Next we moved tables together and sat down, then after a few minutes an unmotivated waitress came over and gave us water. I told her I had a reservation on open table so I could get my points and she had no idea what open table was and said she needed to ask her manager (?!) After what seemed like a while, We got our order in and waited longer than normal in a fairly empty restaurant as two couples recover food before we did and who came in after we did and our order was not that complicated. We were on the verge of walking out when our food FINALLY came. The food was ok, not bad but certainly not worth the wait. Gratuity was automatically included in the check, which was disturbing, because I wouldn't have left anything. The waitress did not earn it. Food was over priced. Go somewhere else, not here.

We were looking forward to eating here. We are here last year and the food and staff was amazing. This year they changed the menu and it is mediocre at best. The staff was terrible and and the manager can't even pull his pants up all the way. We asked for napkins and the waitress brought back one napkin. So we got up to get our own. She never asked us what we wanted for drinks so we just drank water. My daughters friend didn't get her fries until we were ready to leave so we had to get them to go. I had the chicken sandwich and it tasted over cooked in old fry oil. It's obvious to say we will never be back.

Orders were terrible and then wrong. Kiddo ordered inedible chicken tacos: meat so dry and tough, no juice or seasoning. He then tried a burger asked for NO MAYO or aioli, came slathered in it. I have literally never met a grilled cheese sandwich or a tomato soup I didn't love—these were horrible!!!! Dry bread and tasteless cheese, homemade soup that was too rich and lumpy. I am not a picky eater in the least but this was awful. We left a good tip—don't punish the server—but they charged for all of it and the server did also act like we were the problem. Which I get—this looks bad—but the food was AWFUL. Probably why it was empty and there are tables available. Avoid!!!!!

We needed a last-minute dining spot on a Saturday and 9600 had availability. This restaurant is in the doubletree and is your typical 3-meal hotel restaurant. Most of the diners were hotel guests. We had tacos and a grilled chicken sandwich and it was all good. The service was very attentive and the prices were reasonable. Overall we were satisfied with the meal.

Decent family place if you are staying in hotel, similar prices though to other area restaurants with better ambiance. But if you are arriving at doubletree and know your family will be exhausted and cranky from travel, it's fine. Good kids menu, decent sandwiches and loved the taco meal. Brisket good, but skip the scary bison chili. Better off with a burger.

Not sure why there were so many negative reviews. I stayed with my family in the Hilton hotel and we had two breakfasts and a dinner here. Staff was amazing everytime. Food was good. The continental breakfast is so good!
