Blue Moose is the perfect locally owned gem of a breakfast spot. Breakfast is my favorite meal and the classics are done well here, but there are some true standouts: pancakes and Benedicts! The pancakes are the fluffiest pancakes I’ve eaten anywhere including some famed pancake houses in Music City. Even the flavored pancakes have a light fluffy texture and great flavor depth making it easy to eat far more than you meant to. And the Benedicts shine thanks to innovative combos including Brie and bacon and small batch handmade hollandaise sauce. The drinks are amazing… try the Breakfast Cereal flight and enjoy the coffee menu too. The staff is great and Tyler, the owner, is a humble and kind guy! So enjoyed chatting with him about baking. What are you even doing in Breckenridge if you don’t have breakfast here?

This used to be the best in town. Unfortunately this year, the food was mediocre and the prices outrageous for breakfast. My ham and cheese omelette came with white American cheese instead of the requested Swiss, and the cheese was lying on the top. Not melted. when it was served the cheese was gummy…the cheese should have been melted inside. Just not a favorable experience, but a large bill. Toast was dry like it had been cooked and sat. Service was good.

Blue Moose is an excellent breakfast spot. Their menu truly has something for everyone. Service is always great here. Portions are fair. Food is tasty. I’ll say it did get a bit pricey for just the two of us and it is usually crowded but we love coming here.Parking: Parking lot is a bit small.

Excellent food and service!Next time I would not sit in the smaller room in the entrance area. Too much cold air when the door opens. Loved the food!

This place seems to always be packed. The staff are especially kind and attentive even though there are a lot of customers. I had the Eggs Benedict w/home fries and a house coffee. After tip, the total was around $25, which obviously isn't cheap, but remember where you are. The Benedict was great, but some of the home fries nearly broke a tooth. They did taste good though. Overall, a good experience and I'll come back.

This place has a hugh menu and food was great. But be prepared to wait outside for a table because it's small inside.

Came here with a service dog and everyone was as nice and accommodating as possible. Really great service, from the hostess to the waitress. Food was great also.

Fantastic food. Really large portions. The breakfast burrito was more than my 6'4" 225 lb son could eat. The omelets have 3 eggs, and with the addins, they are easily enough to feed 2 adults.Parking: It's really challenging to find parking during ski season.
