Walked in on a somewhat busy night. The hostess said we could sit at the bar which we did. We sat down and the bartender didn’t acknowledge us, but we gave some grace since they appeared to be busy. Bartender came back, still ignored us. A few minutes later a couple came in and sat at the opposite end of the bar and were immediately given water and menus. Then a gentlemen sat next to me and was welcomed back. Still no acknowledgement. After about 10 minutes we left.Slow service is one thing; ignoring customers is another.

If you have an hour to spare this is your place. It takes 20 minutes for them to take your drink order, 15 more for them to be delivered, then 15 to take your food order and 20 for your food to be delivered. If you're trying to eat here before getting on the mountain just assume you're gonna be minimum 45 minutes late to meet your friends.

A delicious breakfast spot! We come here when we feel like treating ourselves to a good brunch with great hollandaise. We can always get a table for our large group! I can’t wait to come back in the evening for the Mediterranean cuisine. Also a short walk to and from the quicksilver

My friend and I walked in at 8:05pm and waited for about 5 minutes for a host to come up. There was no one else waiting for a table. The host finally comes and tells us that they’re closing turning us away. I’ve worked in restaurants for many years before I started working in healthcare in Breck. In all those years, I’ve never worked for a business that turned people away an entire hour before close. Won’t be back.

AMAZING! We vacation in Breck every March. I’m looking forward to making Bold an annual visit. The food was perfect, but first I want to give a shout out to Kim, our server. She was so attentive and kind. We were halfway through the Artichoke fritti when I realized I need to take pics for a review because this is awesome. Also pictured are my Moussaka, my wife’s Moroccan chicken, an espresso martini, and the Baklava. Definitely get the Baklava. My 12 year old had fish and chips (not pictured) and loved it. .

We've eaten here many times since it opened - for breakfast and lunch and the service has often been spotty, but the food has always been good. I almost never post bad reviews. But today was probably the worst restaurant experience we've had in a decade - in every way.The woman who seated us was clearly annoyed at being there. She took us to a table that still had all the dishes from the prior customer. We stood there while she slowly cleaned it off and then she put down menus and walked away. I asked "do you have a wine list?" She continued to walk away and said "yes". But never brought one.10 minutes later it was so disheartening to see that she was our server. I could write a few pages about how rude she was. Two tables near us literally walked out. I wish we had done the same. The food took 45 minutes and had clearly been sitting under the warmer for heaven-knows-how-long. Silverware is supposed to be on the table but we had to ask for it. Predictably, she never came back. We finally got up and flagged down someone in another part of the restaurant and he brought some. The Steak sandwich was grey in color by the time we got it. The salmon was so overcooked and dry it was inedible. So bad I didn't even take it home for the dog! This was not just a staffing issue. They weren't very busy. Maybe half full by the time we left. And this was not well meaning staff that were overwhelmed or under-trained or just forgetful. This was a complete lack of caring or effort to the point that it seemed like they were trying to create a terrible experience.

Made reservations for 8:30 knowing that they closed at 9. With that in mind we came pretty well prepared to order. Waiter was rather inattentive, but I guess that's to be expected with how busy they were. Our appetizer had hair in it... which was an added bonus! All in all decent food, but probably won't be back.

I never know what to expect with restaurants in toursty areas like Breck that have $50 entrees. Most of the time you get tiny portions of mediocre food. That's NOT the case at BoLD. We had the lamb chops and pork chops. Both were hearty enough that we took home leftovers, and the sides were amazing. Service was great. As other have noted, it's a tight fit, but we never felt crowded. Excellent place.

Great food and very nice restaurant. Our server seemed more interested in in hustling us through than taking care of us. All of us really enjoyed our food and would definitely go again.

This was our 2nd visit to BoLD on this trip to Breckenridge! The bartenders and the drinks are great! Had to find a non-meat option last night and the Veggie Tagine was just right! Shouldn't have had that 2nd Boulevardier though:)

Bold was the best meal we had while in Breckenridge over the past two years. The food was delicious (mezze platter, spanakopita, Moroccan Chicken, Short Rib Pasta). The meal might have been a little expensive, but it was definitely worth it.

Service is horrible. As soon as you walk in the door the guy at the front didnt say one word to us. The place was empty yet he stood and looked around at empty tables like he was lost. Then he just started walking to a table without saying a word. We were at the table for about 20 minutes before someone came to the table to take our order. The waitress was just as bad as the host. Do not waste your money here. There is plenty of excellent breakfast places in breck.
