His attention to detail, beautiful plating and presentation, along with flavorful meal was more than we ever expected. He will now be a part of our family ski trip every March!!

Don’t hesitate booking with Chef Steven if you’re considering bringing in a private chef for an unforgettable meal! If only I could give more than five stars!! He was quick to respond when I reached out and such a pleasure to speak with. Then came meal night and we were BLOWN away by his incredible talent and charming personality. We opted for the 7 course dinner and every bite was incredible- better than most Michelin restaurants we’ve dined at! He creates a fun and informative atmosphere, explaining every dish and where he sourced the ingredients from (all local). We will undoubtedly be using him every time we visit Copper/Breck!
