I live in Breckenridge in the winter and went to the Distillery for the first time to have lunch with friends from out of town and buy a bottle of whiskey and a bottle of bourbon. The tall guy with glasses in tasting room was so arrogant and condescending we left without buying anything and went to lunch someplace else. You would think someone in his position would be more about educating the customer rather than making them feel stupid for asking questions!I would recommend going to Broken Compass Brewing across the street they have a great vibe and better staff!

Love this restaurant - the drinks are very creative and really showcase their products, and the food is outstanding. The atmosphere is nice, but the dining area tends to be very loud and makes it difficult to hear others that aren't next to you. Unfortunately, the great drinks/food were ruined by poor service. While we were able to order our drinks right away, our server didn't return for 35 minutes. We were hoping to order appetizers, but at that point were too frustrated and skipped them. We had questions about some entrées and in the middle of asking our waiter, he said "just a minute" and walked away and didn't come back for 15 minutes. Needless to say, the impressive efforts of the kitchen and bar were ruined by this one individual.Parking: Parking can be limited. Also very dark at night with only a single light

A must visit restaurant when in the Breckinridge area. Wide selection of liquors distilled in house in addition to dozens of delicious cocktails and mock-tails. The steak tartare was the table favorite for appetizers. All the sides are worth a try but the “Sticky Charred Broccoli” is a must. The service was prompt and able to provide recommendations for everyone despite the size our group. Will be sure to return the next time I am in the Breckinridge area

This used to be one of our most favorite places to go in Breck... Amazing food, fantastic drinks, crazy great service. We've now been disappointed the last 2 times we've been there... The food is very fatty and heavy, even the lighter options, the service(like every where) has slipped (except for the hostess - she was still amazing) but the drinks are still to notch... So come early for happy hour, hope you snag a bar seat, and cheers!

Sad to say someone who took our verbal reservation failed to put it in system and we lost ability to dine in January, we now move them to second tier in Breck spots.

My family and I had an amazing experience here on Christmas Eve! The food and cocktails were some of the best we’ve had in a long time. The fried chicken plus a few sides was the perfect meal for five of us. Highly recommend!!!

Only did the tasting room, no food. It smelled great inside, large seating area, and bar. The tasting employee was knowledgeable and very friendly. Tried 4 kinds of whiskey and got a couple bottles to go. Just enough swag to buy also.

We had the Breckenridge Distillery as our reception venue for our wedding the first weekend of December this year. I cannot say this enough - everyone who works at the Distillery is absolutely fantastic. Liz, the Event Coordinator for events at the Distillery, is not only talented but so kind and accommodating. She helped us create our dream atmosphere for our reception, and it was perfection. Food was delicious. Drinks were fun, festive, and delightful. Our guests had endless compliments. It was 10/10 AMAZING. We cannot recommend enough. We are not locals, but we are already planning a trip back to visit and will most definitely be making a stop to dine, drink, and see our friends at the Breckenridge Distillery!- Sierra & Brandon Pechloff

Definitely not what I expected, so much better!! Get out of downtown Breckenridge and give it a go! It's worth the very short drive!

Amazing experience after our distillery tour. I got the NY strip, with potatoes cooked in duck fat. Everything came out expensive, definitely recommended to anyone interested in some good food and dining experience.

Incredible cocktails and bartender knowledge. Sat for 2 at the bar, and had a lovely experience. Food was gourmet without trying too hard, good concepts and great execution.

One of the country’s highest distilleries makes phenomenal food too! Out of all of our Breckenridge research, this spot came up high on the post every time. And we’re so glad it did!Stopping in for happy hour (2-5 p.m.) on a Friday in October, my wife and I sat at the bar where we watched the food being made. The orange chicken was a unique menu item but worth getting. The chicken is crispy and the papers on top make the dish. My wife loves the poke bowl. For dessert, the three chocolate cookies were gooey and so good with the cookie batter butter on top and the cereal milk. The cocktails were great! For $10 on the happy hour menu, I ordered the pear vodka cocktail and my wife the gin one. All their drinks include their own liquor. (You can buy bottles of it in the store/tasting room.)Service was excellent and the space inviting. There’s a parking lot, free bus, and a free shuttle.
