The service was sub-par. Our waitress did not tell us the specials. We only knew there were specials bc we overheard another waitress telling a different table. I ordered the citrus beet salad with salmon. It had an intense amount of salt and pepper on it that made it inedible. The salmon was undercooked and when I told the waitress, I was told they serve it medium-well normally. My salmon was raw inside. I do not eat raw salmon unless it is sushi grade. The waitress did nothing about it. I would definitely not recommend.
The food was just okay, nothing you can't make at home. Both main dishes seemed as though they were sitting under a heat lamp..If you're looking to spend $100+ per person, I'd go elsewhere

Do you have time for a restaurant experience on your family ski vacation? Just go here, and wait and wait and wait for a kids birthday ice cream with tired skied out kids that finally comes cold after you once again find a waitress and then a manager (seriously??) on a not so busy night. And no apology from the staff- just horrible customer experience that was unnecessary. There are plenty of other places to eat in town.

Great place, the cocktails are very very good, full bar with local and non local options. Everything that we had was great, both in flavor and presentation, and the servers are amazing. I totally recommend the salmon, lamb and the burger. Great choice for a casual yet delicious evening.

Took my sister for brunch for her bday. Food was delicious - fresh ingredients and great flavors. We got the avocado toast and the eggs benedict - they were 10/10. Interior is very nice as well! Only downside was the service - our server was totally MIA. We did not see them for a long time and eventually had to go looking for help to get our bill. I tried to do a surprise bday shot for my sister and they also did not get the memo so that was ruined. Kind of disappointing but oh well! Would recommend this place for the food and interior.

Food was fantastic. Service needed some work. Salads delivered with the meal, no checking back until well after we were done (we needed a couple things), dessert menu dropped off then no one came back for 15 min to take dessert coffee order. We just expected better service and it was not that busy. We would try again thinking service would improve.

Last day at Gravity Haus and Cabin Juice, and finally made it to the bar. Had the Cabin Juice beer which was light a refreshing. The avocado toast with salmon was delicious and not heavy in the belly to leave room for the delicious cookies and milk! Maxine provided cheery and friendly hospitality! Did not mind the blue tint on the TV as Maxine was entertaining!

Check my other reviews. I only review great places. Tonight food was not great. But that doesn’t typically make me rate a place low. No one asked how we wanted our elk cooked. It was overcooked for sure. Brisket in the ragu also seemed tough. Food took over an hour while we just sat. Maybe ask if people want some bread if the kitchen is behind. The carrots were not good and on the menu $8 but they charged us $10. Only noticed because we made a joke about $8 carrots. Possibly other food was up charge too I don’t know. But the thing that really warrants the review is severe stomach cramps and other unmentionable things that happened after dinner. I would avoid for sure. Any one or two of these things I could overlook but wow, disappointing.

My roommate and I had dinner here tonight and Kat was our waitress. It was the best food and service I’ve experienced in many years. Kats energy was beyond nourishing and warm. So excited to go back and try some of the items we didn’t get to :)

Took a chance and walked in, great atmosphere, friendly waitress. Menu with a fair selection. Ice Tea freshly brewed and good. Ordered a burger and chef's special (New York steak). Burger was undercooked, steak with good flavor & cooked as ordered. Despite the undercooked burger dinner was good...price on point for the area but high for what you get.
