Had the Chef’s special: Bison medallions! It was awesome, best meat I have had in a while. Cooked to perfection and a fantastic taste. The garlic mashed potatoes were equally good and a perfect accompaniment.Service was impeccable and attentive even after the dishes were on the table.

We dined at Salt Creek for the first time while on ski trip with our adult son. The meal was wonderful and the service was fantastic. The restaurant space is tight, the wait staff worked well and seamlessly together like an orchestra. We had oysters and carpaccio for starters-absolutely amazing. Our entrees were lamb, ribeye and salad. All of which were delicious, the wine pairing for lamb and ribeye was also spot on. Thank you for wonderful evening.

I would recommend dining here if you’re looking for a fun lively boozy evening for a group. We were a party of 9 and there were some minor issues that would have annoyed me if I was on a 2 person date.Our reservation was at 8:45 and we were seated at 9:10. We spent 25 mins in the bar which wasn’t an issue but would have been annoying on a date.Our waiter was witty, fun and helpful.Some dishes were much better than others. We had 4 Filet Mignon with different sauces - they were great, though we ordered all of them medium rare and 2 were closer to medium.They only had 1 steak left, which was Filet Mignon - fortunately it was good.The meat platter - pulled pork, brisket and ribs was solid.The wedge salad was great, the Caesar salad was bland.We had a lot of sides - mac n cheese was good. Loaded potato was not so great.There was also a warm bread basket which was a nice touch although the bread was a bit too crispy on the outside.

I got a bison ribeye and that was really delicious (it was a special, not on the menu) I also got the mozzarella cheese sticks and they weren’t very good because they were cold and maybe it’s just me but the giant asparagus is not very good.The lobster bisque was delicious!

Our server Lauren was absolutely wonderful! She mentioned she had just started working here and we were blown away by her professionalism!! Made a fabulous meal even better. Also, the food was perfect, even on an off night (we came on a very dead Tuesday). Their tiramisu is some of the best and our steaks were cooked exactly how we like. Also, shout out to their craft cocktails. An absolutely perfect evening out. Thank you Salt Creek!
