Very good food and a very pleasant server. Would have been 5 stars except for the exorbitant prices, but what do you expect at a ski resort.

When we were on the mountain we dined here 4+ times. Portions were huge, food came out in a reasonable time considering how busy it was. What really stuck out was how exceptional the bar service was. Rachel gave amazing service every-time, she truly went above and beyond.

Restaurant at the base of peak 7. It was actually very good and reasonably priced, I felt, for “resort” style fare. The gyro was excellent and so were the fries. The chicken noodle soup was amazing, I definitely recommend. The fig flatbread was also a hit. I ? recommend coming here, than eating at the ski resort’s restaurant.

It is what it is. Decent food but horribly overpriced. But you are at a ski resort, so expect a $20 grilled cheese! Packed around lunch and service is very slowVegetarian options: A few salads and soups and other veggie options, but not a lot.Parking: Er, it's on a ski hill. Not a place you park and walk toKid-friendliness: Pretty kid friendly, but bathrooms are on a different floor and it gets very busy

This place looks beautiful but they need more staff. We were here mid week and the trash outside was a mountain in it self. The inside had dirty tables and food all over the floor. The staff was amazing but for Brek I would have expected better.

Seven's is about the only restaurant on Peak 7. As such, there is no incentive for them to try real hard. The place is large and there are several seating options in the nicely appointed dining room. Like most ski resorts, the prices seem high, especially for the quality of food you get. The brisket burnt ends were tough, dry and tasteless, covered in a sweet BBQ sauce. Lots of fat had to be removed before I could try to eat them. The flatbread crust were tough as cardboard. Hamburger was overcooked, very dry and did not come with aioli sauce as noted on the menu. When we asked the server, she said she would bring some--it never came. Service was mediocre. Wine, beer and cocktail selection was good.

Excellent Bloody Mary.Food highlights were:1) Salty fig flatbread2) German Pretzel with cheese3) Burnt EndsBeef burger, chicken teriyaki burger, chicken pasta alfredo and other flatbreads were all average. Pasta alfredo had good chicken but the pasta was over cooked and it had some faux truffle in it which wasn’t great. The food was very expensive - $30 for a burger and it took a long time to get seated.

$16 for a 12oz local beer is waaaay to steep, even for someone living on the west coast. Not sure if it was greedy cashier at the window, cause menu photos here show nice mixed drinks for that much…

We own a timeshare in the same building as Sevens. We always have a few meals during our stays. Since the pandemic it seems that menu choices are fewer and prices have risen, but quality and quantity of food are very good. Do hope they get more support. Business was slow during our lunch and it was virtually empty at dinner. Do recommend going when you are at Peak 7.

Awesome view and location. We sat outside. There was a DJ the day we had lunch and it was so energizing. We snowshoed in from the road trail. Andy the manager said hello and thanked us for coming. Our server Nat was patient and attentive. Yummy food. Teriyaki chicken burger and club sandwich. Pretzel with cheese sauce!! Good fries. Great experience overall!

We were at Breck for a week. Ate at Sevens on Peak 7 twice. We’ll start with dinner. I ordered the special 10 oz NY Strip. First one came out looking flat and wide like a flank steak. Chop it up and serve it on a taco and it would have been great. Calling it a strip and actually allowing it out of the kitchen is on the Chef. Likely a Cook with a promotion. None of the food appeared to be prepared by an actual Chef. The Server, Nick, actually called it out and made the decision to replace it. Still, very sad the Chef let it leave his or her kitchen.Next was breakfast. Glad they moved on from the buffet. Except it was way worse. I ordered the French Toast. Scrambled eggs were hard and some weird shade of orange. Ham was 2 tiny slices of Canadian Bacon that had apparently been steamed. Flavor was fine, but barely 2oz of meat. Potatoes were way over seasoned and over cooked. Supposed to be fingerling, but were mush. Had to pick rosemary or some other spice off every one just to be able to eat them. Now the cardboard or what they called French Toast. It was cold and hard. Clearly frozen and re-heated.The 2 meals combined cost us over $200 for 2 people.Nick was the only redeeming quality of the whole experience with Sevens. He should be awarded by his team. Without him my review would have been significantly worse.Vail has taken a post COVID tactic of overcharging for everything and not backing it up with quality. They are going to end up losing out. There are lots of great non-Vail options in the area.In contrast, we went to Robbie’s on Peak 8, four different times. Never had a bad meal or any questionable service. Not to mention it was significantly cheaper!Vail, we deserve to be treated better. What’s sad is you know this and don’t seem to care.

The food was really good, the service with Rachel was great. I just found expensive, $32 a pasta, $10 a canned beer. I found the places in aspen cheaper than here.
