Very nice man at the counter. He told me his name, but I don't recall it. Sorry, I'm horrible with names. It was not my first time at a Bubba Chino's, but my first time going to this location. The food was excellent. Super hot and made almost to perfection. My only issue was minor. The cooks didn't speak English and even though the man at the front told them in Spanish exactly what I wanted, all three of our burritos were made incorrectly. I absolutely love the food here! Our family has always enjoyed Mexican food, but ever since my husband introduced me to this place, we have been eating here regularly because it just tastes so much better than other Mexican restaurants! I love the style of menu, it’s very much a build-your-own type of menu which makes it so easy to decide and order. The chili is good but chicharrons are disgusting! Not fresh at all! They taste stale and not cooked properly. The guy is always just not friendly at all. I had asked for my fries to be a little extra crispy so that when I returned home, they wouldn't be as soggy and that didn't happen. Then the chicharron bite was awful! I belive they have potential but they have to be willing to put in the effort of their food.
