The old lady at the drive thru window decided it was best to pick her nose before counting our change to us, stood there smacking her lips because she has no teeth and won't do anything about it. Absolutely nauseating when people are wanting to eat. Aside from those things, her people skills are piss poor, she needs to be on fries, the grill or just forced into retirement.

Zero stars if I could, literally got my order wrong came back 15 mins later they knew exactly what my order was and knew it was wrong. Asked for a refund and wouldn’t give one. Asked for corporate number wouldn’t give it, asked for store number and they lied . Don’t waste your time on these

Food tastes fine but the staff is pretty inept, they seen to be on drugs and have to correct the order a couple times because they give incorrect order. Also have seen white powdery substance on a couple of the employees noses.

Service was slow. The floors were filthy. The double bacon cheeseburger I ordered had one piece of cheese. Unmelted. No ketchup and the patties were undercooked. Which somehow were not flame grilled?Isn't that what you go to Burger King for?Flame grilled. I won't go back.

SEVERALLY UNDERSTAFFED. Everything was made fresh. There was one lady working the drive, order taking, bagging, prep and the front. Erica was her name. She deserves more than a heafty raise. Even with one person everything was quick and super fresh.

Although there is a wait time and a common complaint, this Burger King and staff has never let me down! Food is always fresh and taste great! I have never got an order wrong and you can tell the employees are working hard. Of all the fast food in the area including commerce city; this is the one I can always count on to get food fresh and correct orders all the time.Any complaints on time, we'll that's just short staffing issues on a level nationwide.THESE EMPLOYEES NEED AND DESERVE A RAISE!!
