I went in for lunch after a bad day, Jackie made the best bowl I’ve ever had in my entire life and despite being in a rush, she served me politely with a large smile on her face. She also cracked several jokes that made my day better. Would back just for the respectful employees

The rice they served was completely uncooked. We could taste the core of the grain and have stomach aches now. When we brought the concern about the rice up to the people working there’s attention, they refused to do anything about the rice. Didn’t offer to make more or anything. Also the chicken had no seasoning and the rest of the fajitas were not cooked properly.

I understand the stress on a busy days and how the guys have to deal with people but it was a total caos. I made an order online by 5 pm so the order would be ready by 5:20 pm I went to the place by 5:30 pm so the order wasn't ready yet. I asked for my order and they start to prepare my food by that time. I left the placeby 6:00 pm. Conclusion: they do not care about online orders on a busy day.

The portions are very small for protein, a spoon full...yippee! They fill your bowl/tortilla with lots of rice to make it look like they're giving you a 'huge' portion, the oldest money saving restaurant trick in the book.With extra protein on 2 bowls and 2 regular size drinks was $38.00, it's just as cheap to go over to chili's or old Chicago across the street.

Believe it or not, this was my first time to Chipotle. Ordered a chicken burrito, and let me tell you. This place ruined all other Mexican fast food for me. This place is like Subway is for sandwiches, you tell them the ingredients you want for filling and those burritos are Delicious. Can't wait to go back and try something else.

If 5 of you are going to stand around and look busy while you make someone wait, the least you can do is greet them or ask them to wait or even acknowledge their presence!! Shame on the manager for not setting expectations around there.
My food was not same on Sat.3-9-24. It was salted to much and the chips were not the same as they used to be. Very thin and deep fat fried. My bag was very greasy. Disappointed.

I came in a little after 2:00 on a Sunday. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how filthy everything was. Trash and scraps all over the tables and floors - it looked like no one had cleaned all day. I almost asked for a rag so I could clean off a table. The food wasn't much better, skimped chicken portions and stale chips. You'd think with all these similar negative reviews, management would want to do better. This was definitely my first and last time eating at this location.
