So this place is failing! I have been coming here for years for a quick bite and in The last 6 months they have started forgetting to put items in the bag and won't rectify it when they are shown a receipt. The food is not expected to be spectacular but honestly who doesn't put salt on fries?!?! Truly disappointed.

Your employees need to actually listen to the customers with the intent of HEARING instead of with the intent of responding and keep saying, "what else? What else? What else?" If they actually LISTENED then maybe they could get the orders correct and your customers wouldn't be walking out of there with missing items and completely wrong items.
