It’s ok. But they mess up orders. Triple check everything in the bag against your receipt before you leave. Nothing like getting home and finding out your kids are upset because the hand you your order and forget the $20 of ice cream you paid for and never received.

Average overall. Some bad some good.Food tastes alright. If they spent some time centering up the cheese and meat on the bun, it would be a little more appealing. I feel like I'm paying them to build these burgers, so I'm not interested in rebuilding.Don't bother going through the drive thru. They typically forget something when you don't check. When you do, it's all there. It's uncanny. Do yourself a favor and go in or go to chick-fil-a.Atmosphere is average. It's a bunch of high schoolers, so, whatever.

My wife and I went in for dinner the other day, The service was great the staff were amazing. Fabiola the manager was on top of things. Store was clean and again the service was great. Thank you again Fabiola. Keep up the great work.

They had me pull into a parking spot, which was fine. The lady brought the order out it was only one bag. She hands it to me and I asked her to please wait a second so I can check. She says "I already checked it" walks away. I called her bag told her I was missing items. She said "can I see your receipt" she said the items I'm missing aren't on the receipt and walks back inside.. I look at the receipt, it's the wrong receipt. I've never been treated like that at a restaurant.I go inside and tell a different person what I had, never got the right receipt and had to go in two more times to get all my food.

I really thank it's to much money for the " little flat pattied beef with holes all through it ". It's like getting a thin layer of jerky for a burger . Just not what I expected. Hope they decide to make a bigger burger some day then maybe I'll go back but not at that price.

Directing my frustrations to the manager of the restaurant here, your quality control for the food served at this location is going downhill. Freddy’s is our favorite fast food spot in Brighton but the last 3 to 4 times we have stopped in something has been wrong. Just last night we ordered at the drive thru and when we pulled food out of the bag when we got home I saw that my 8 dollar curds were burnt to a crisp, our large fries were half full with extremely over salted fried. The half and half concrete I ordered was all chocolate. It seems like every time we stop in there something is wrong with our order or the food is off. Last time we got takeout we realized we were missing a burger when we got home and the fries tasted like dirty grease with no salt. We are going to just start driving to Thornton location in hopes they don’t keep wasting our money with sub par food. Please correct this!!! I’d sure appreciate a refund for all the food I haven’t gotten to eat here lately!! Last night was an example of another wasted 10 dollars! When you spend 45 dollars on a fast food meal for two it better be decent!
