What’s is going on here!? Takes 10 minutes for them to greet you at the drive thru. After ordering and paying the order is then just tossed with out anyone checking if it’s correct. They forgot my kids chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich was incorrect. Go back to get it fixed and they just hand me the same kids meals and start to make the correct sandwich. While waiting now the kids meals are cold and my sides are cold. After waiting in the lobby another gentlemen walks in with an incorrect order. “Shift lead” seems to be doing the most he can but cooks only speak spanish he states.. get this man some help!! OWNER YOUR ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS HELP!! This is probably the worst service I have ever had for fast food and I don’t expect much when getting fast food. Best thing that came out of this is two homeless gentleman got my food!

Food was okay; hard to beat the quality of Jack in the Box back in Texas. This Jack suffers from the same issue all the others in the area suffer from; subpar or average quality food made by seemingly unhappy employees. I don't blame the workers; it happens when you have no competition in the area to push owners to expect more.

I don't understand why the lobby door is locked during dinner rush hours. There's something strange going on when your lobby is closed during dinner time. If I were the owner I would definitely check in to this and solve this problem.

Went for lunch today. The food we ordered was hot and delicious. We had chicken tenders, curly fries, and churros. The Oreo shake is awesome as well! The staff is friendly and quick. The location was easy to get in and out of. Really appreciate the great food and excellent service. Thank you!
