This McDonald’s is the worst one I’ve ever been to the staff is rude and the food is never hot I don’t see how fries could be cold at 10:30 when they start serving lunch unless they were the ones from last night and the cheese on the burgers are never melted save yourself the money and go to the one in prairie at least your food will be hot and you won’t get served by some high school girl with an attitude problem

Ordered 3 big breakfasts and had to ask for syrup and then got home and they forgot the hash browns. tried to call and for a half hour all I got was a busy signal , horrible service

This is my go to McDonald's in the area. I've had a few instances were some of my food is forgotten, but it has been easily fixed by staff.My biggest issue with this mcdonalds is access. The only entrance is on a very narrow street. You have to maneuver around parked cars and deal with navigating oncoming traffic. It's inconvenient to enter and exit from main streets.

I really hate the setup of this one. They never get our order right either. Even with a mobile order, they manage to get it wrong. We never have this issue with the one over in Prairie Center. So I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the one at Prairie Center.

Multiple items left out of my drive through order, some items received were wrong. As a company you would not let us take our food without paying, so you should ensure all items are included and are correct for the customer.My thoughts - check for every item in your bag, even if they want you to move for the next customer in line. . . Or go to a different McDonald's that will ensure your order is correct the first time.
Their house now has an atmosphere that is cozy and welcoming, and our monthly power expenditures have decreased as a result
