I love Panda Express.But it's gotta be the most conservative of them all. Everytime I stop by, they are either out of a menu item, or there is wait for them to cook it.Which takes the express away from this Panda.Then worst part is they want you to use their app, but makes everything evenore clunkier. The food isn't ready when they say it's ready, and you walk in and still have to wait. Sometimes the food is ready and sitting there getting cold because nobody knows where your order is.Poorly ran location.

This is one of the worst run Panda Express I've ever been to. I've been several times, and it's always the same. Once, I was told in the drive-through to drive around to the front, and they would bring my food out once finished. I waited 15 minutes before I finally called, and they didn't even remember my order and asked for me to show a receipt ??♀️the other day, I placed an online order for 1 kids meal. It said the food would be ready at 6:14pm. I didn't leave my house until 6:17 pm. When I finally arrived at the location, it was 6:25, and only then did I get a notification that the meal was ready. When I went in, the order is not in the pick-up area, so I had to wait around for someone to ask, but there were several customers just hanging around waiting for employees to even notice them. Again, it's not the first time I've witnessed this (customers being ignored). When they first opened, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt cause I know it takes a while to get into the groove of things. It's been 4 years, though, and if anything, it seems to have gotten worse. The food is always good, though. Never have had an issue with the food. Just the service.
They should put more food on a tray or box without having to ask other than that it is really good!

Nasty as food. Service was Mediocre at best. Worst experience with panda express ever. I wouldn't recommend any fast food in this area. Good luck to anyone who trys.
