Last time to order from this place. First time they sent me the wrong order. 2nd time I got an ant in the pizza. My little daughter saw it and she freaked out. This is disgusting. Bad hygiene which is very alarming and disappointing.

This place is disgraceful! I paid for stuffed crust, didn't get it. I paid for extra cheese, didn't get it. They did give me something I didn't pay for, onions on my pepperoni pizza, which we all know is every child's favorite ingredient! Now all that said, props could be given for quick service and hot pizza, except that didn't happen either. It took an hour and ten minutes to deliver one of the coldest pizzas I've ever had. Based on the tracking, the driver picked up at 6:24 and took over 30 minutes to deliver to a location less than 10 minutes away. I received this single, large, cold, non-stuffed crust, pepperoni and onion pizza for the low price of $35. Of that $35, $12 paid to have it delivered in a lightning fast 70 minutes. I don't understand how business that operate this way continue to stay in business. The quality and competence of the entire service industry have been dropping faster than the fat kid on mile day in gym class. I won't waste my money here again. You're better off getting one of those Digiorno Detroit style frozen pizzas. I promise, it's remarkably better.

Ordered online for carry out. Drove from 18 minutes away. Ordering on my way home. I get to the shop, the whole place smells like weed, which I don’t usually mind but I do when food is involved, anyways, when I get there the guy hadn’t even looked at my order. Asked for the name and then walked to the screen. Then came back and told me it’ll be 10-15min. Not a single pizza on the shelf. Not a single person in the store. The place literally empty as can be, and this guy could do ONE order.This place is a joke. Wouldn’t be surprised if it gets shut down. Also, there is way better pizza in Brighton, don’t do this to yourself.

These guys know what they're doing and they like to do their best to be personable with you if you're going to be personal with them especially if you, vent them they're more than one they throw a few extra little pieces of toppings on your pizza without any cost and they do their best and they're always busy so the food speaks volumes for itself go ahead and try it I dare you

We ordered our pizza at 5:00pm, and got a text saying they're busy so expect delays. Which I understand. What I don't understand is that after a two hour delay the pizza that was delivered was cold. The driver didn't even bother knocking either, luckily I have a doorbell camera so it didn't get even colder than it originally was. Tried to call to see if they could make it right someway but I was put on hold right away, and they never answered.

Ordered 3 pizzas at 5:03pm. Received a text they were on the way at 5:52pm. The store is 6 minutes from my house. I called the store at 6:17 and was told “the driver is at his second stop and you are the third”. The pizza finally arrived at 6:59, mostly cold (like it was made an hour prior, shocker!) To top it all off, our order was missing 3 spicy garlic sauces, 2 regular garlic sauces, and 4 extra packets of seasonings, all of which you have to pay extra for now. $6 of missing extras. I understand being busy and short handed, but as a customer I shouldn’t need to “be patient” to this extent. I use that quote because I overheard an employee, or possibly the owner’s wife, in the background saying “we’re busy! She needs to be patient!” when I called the 3rd time. I will say, they made it right by re-making the entire order and we went to pick it up. The store was pure chaos when we went to pick up the order. I personally can’t speak to the quality as I wasn’t behind the counter. But given the state of the store, I won’t be purchasing from here EVER again! I hope enough people read this and find another pizza place to order from.

Pizza took almost 2 hrs, was cold when it got here. Called to talk to a manager was told there was no manager and they couldnt help me. Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff
Received my pizza after about an hour and a half of ordering it. Spent over $50 and the pizza was very cold and looked old. I called and spoke with a young girl who claimed to be a manager and said her name was Caroline. She said that we could get a replacement but only if all the pizza was in the box. I’ve never heard that before. I could hear the staff in the back ground laughing as she also started laughing. Very unprofessional and childish. She said the owners name was Vishal and that he was the one who made the rules of not replacing the pizza if any of the slices were missing. I would give 0 stars if I could. This Papa Johns has little kids who have no work ethic working there. How embarrassing to have such horrible workers. I don’t recommend ordering from here. When I told her I was going to leave a bad review she started laughing and said go head and put a bad review.

There call center messed my whole order up, but the joint refunded me my whole order. I ended up unhappy because of a messed up order but ended up happy in the end because of the location.

Better ingredients!? More like, where are the ingredients!? Ordered a large The Works with very few toppings & the crust wasso thin, what was there, fell off. Called to complain & was told he, "the manager" personally made it & then told me I "was wrong"!Really!? Will NEVER order from this store again!
