The worst!! There were 3 or 4 people in the back, no one at the front counter. Place was a mess, the chairs were still up on the table...we figured they weren't open, but the door wasn't locked. We waited, got our sandwiches, ate and left.Never going back there.

I love the food at popeyes but do not order through their app at this location. I have ordered on the app 4 times with this location and every time I have several items missing or the wrong items. I ordered a Truff Chicken Sandwich on the app and got a fish sandwich. You pay extra for dipping sauces and every time they forget the sauces. Maybe ordering in person is better but don't do the app.

They are very rude. Pulling into the parking lot you basically need a lifted jeep to drive in. There is big holes all over the parking lot. There is No customer service skills. No one is sanitary, they hand you the cups with their fingers in them. They lady in the back just kept coming up and eating the fries with her bare hands. Nobody is in a proper uniform. And on top of that the food is cold. The list goes on and on.

I went to popeyes and they only take cash through the drive through. Today they don't accept cash at all which I believe is illegal. I hate using my card here because they double charge your card and then they very seldom give receipts. This is a lousy place to buy food. I'll be going to elsewhere. It's only the Brighton location.

Oh how amazing this Popeyes is!! And it’s the best through and through! I have patronized many locations and this one is the best and Luis is the man!! He was courteous and helpful in getting my order freshly prepared and ready in a expedited manner! The spicy chicken sandwiches were humongous and piping hot! The Cajun fries were doubly delish! Hands down the best in town!
