You use to be great finally had a great driver, then when i was down on my luck and did not have any work and i called to see if i could get one thing the driver told me no because i don't order enough. So if that is the case you need to be upfront - Hey customer you need to order $100 of food so i can keep coming if not then Bye.......You really don't even earn a star now.

I've been a Schwan's customer for over 35 years, from Northern Colorado to Central and Southern Texas where I had a WONDERFUL driver. The order I placed this past Wednesday said it would be delivered Thursday & didn't arrive but got an email saying sor6we missed you. I called back & the gal told me it would be here Fridsy between 3-6pm. Still no delivery but received another email, sorry we missed you. We've been home every day.Whats the problem?

Horrible website and Bait and Switch. Says Free Delivery. I spent over an hour searching for specific foods for a client's wife just getting out of the hospital. When I went to checkout there was a shipping fee of over a third of the food bill. Not only does the ad in the pic say free delivery but so does the "how it works" part of the website. Gift cards to Grubhub dont have delivery fees, better selections and no need to heat up or cook. Its unfortunate but it seems to me gift cards are still the way to go to help others in need. Schwan you defintely lost a big customer on this one.
