What a great place to enjoy beer. I found Something while driving back from an average dinner. Brighton is a growing area and main street has lots of places. You can tell when you walk in this is a brewery with lots of choices and plenty of fun. I started light and worked my way up to stout. All the staff is friendly and happy to explain the menu. If you are in Broghtpn and looking for a place to spend an evening this is the place.
If you like sours this is the place to go. I am not a huge fan of sours but found a cold ipa and a lager on this hot summers day.Both tasted great. The cold IPA was not bitter at all and had a smoothness to it.Simply Pizza now serves up delicious pizzas too right out of the back garden. I had their Thai special and it was so delicious.

Always different beers to try! The bartenders are always super friendly, accommodating, and take of you. Events here are a blast! Highly recommended! My favorite brewery in the area!
