Really clean store, pleasant staff but they take a lot of shortcuts on drinks. Watch to make sure they actually shake the espresso and refreshers and don't just give a half hearted swirl for the other flavored drinks. For what you pay, the drink should be made correctly.

This location is the worst one! They can't make a drink regardless of what you order it always comes out wrong. I gave it many chances and have left disappointment every time.

I rarely write reviews because it takes a lot for me to reach the point that something needs to be said about inefficiency or ineffectiveness but this store is operationally pathetic. It should not take 30 mins of sitting in a 4 car line to get my order. I shouldn’t be completely ignored by the cashier when I pull up to the window for nearly 2 minutes before she finally acknowledges me. I shouldn’t be told after waiting 30 minutes to pull around and wait more because you can’t find my drink. Lastly, I shouldn’t be told someone “stole” my drink when I’m coming through the drive thru. Do I look like an idiot just admit you messed up. Maybe if the manager wasn’t rushing around trying to look like she was helping and was actually helping organize the chaos at this store it wouldn’t be such a clustercluck. Starbucks would be wise to replace the leadership team here. There are too many people working in this store without any clear guidance… save yourself the time - choose a different location.
