#FOOD POISONING ALERT! I went to get good here last night. The girls seemed annoyed because I came in at 9 when they don't even close until 9:30pm. I got myself and my kids the spicy Italian. I should of known not to eat it because it tasted weird. And had a different smell than usual. I figured it out. The PEPPERONI WAS BAD. IT SMELLED TERRIBLE AND IS NO GOOD. IDK WHAT THEY DO WITH THIER FOOD WHILE JUST SITTING AROUND BUT IM GOING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO INVESTIGATE. IM SUPER SICK RIGHT NOW. MY KIDS WOKE UP CRYING AND PUKING. AND SUBWAY ON BRIDGE ST. IN BRIGHTON WAS THE ONLY THING WE ATE YESTERDAY SINCE THE EARLY MORNING. THATS NOT COOL AT ALL. AND IT SEEMS LIKE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHOS FAMILY HAS EXPIERENCED THIS. SO THE SERVICE AND FOOD IS TERRIBLE. DONT GO HERE. GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY.

I love there food, but their service is so disrespectful! everytime me and my sister go there this one girl walks in with an attitude and is always throwing our sandwiches rough.Parking: its just good parking. and there not a lot of veciales.

What’s up with this location having teenagers or childish adults working here? They look for a reason to be argumentative and instigate problems!I ordered a 6in sub on the app and specifically asked for extra Spinach, lettuce, and veggies I go pick it up and see this girl barely put anything on it! I brought it back in and asked her to put more very respectfully she proceeds to throw a tantrum over it and act like I was bugging her. The way she made it was clearly disrespectful!! If you don’t like your job nobody’s forcing you to work there! They start laughing and running their mouths soon as I start walking out because I wouldn’t give them a fight…such typical degenerates just always looking for drama and fights.. go seek therapy

This store is terrible. The service here is awful. The older Mexican lady I think she’s the manager is always rude and hateful. They are always out of everything, bread is always gross, and the prices are way too expensive. I’ve been coming here for awhile and before it was really good but over time it has gone to trash so tired of always be treated terribly especially when they never have anything. I’m not one to do reviews but this store is just awful and dirty and rude, take your business elsewhere cause this place is terrible, the other young ladies are nice but every time I go in the morning the two older Mexican ladies one of them seems to not understand English always messes things up and the manager is always so hateful

This subway is just garbage I don't know who owns it however you really need to speak with your employees and teach them some respect for customers these Lil ladies in there are rude and your prices suck just ain't worth it anymore. Last time I come here.

First, I asked the black kid for Italian Herbs bread, so of course he grabbed the flatbread instead. Then I gave him a coupon for a free footlong with the purchase of a footlong and drink (coupon code: BOGODRINK). The coupon wouldn't scan, so the kid said the coupon was expired. I had to read it to him until he figured out that it didn't expire for another month (see attached image). Then he said that if the coupon won't scan, he can't give me the discount. I asked him to please honor the coupon and manually give me one of the footlongs for free. But that was like talking to a can of paint. He either didn't understand or his brain fell asleep, but he refused either way. The concept of customer service waved bye-bye to this kid a long time ago. When you hire illiterate dimwits, you will lose my business.

I have been going to this location for a very long time and have given them a ton of business, but after what I experienced today, I will be taking my business to a different location. I walked in to purchase two subs. I needed to use the restroom first. There was a tall young man with dark curly hair and dark skin who told me I needed to purchase something first. I showed him a wad of cash in my hand to prove that I was going to buy something, and he told me that is their policy. He embarrassed me in front of other customers, so I walked out. His demeanor and behavior was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. If that is the way their employees are going to treat customers, I highly recommend to the public to find a different Subway location to go to.

The lady behind the counter was new and very nice which is why they get 2 stars at all, but the older lady who was at the cash register (we see her in there all the time, maybe she's the manager?) told us our coupon wasn't valid, although the expiration is clearly not till the end of this month, it was used in the right location, and we avoided all the sandwiches listed as excluded on the coupon. She was trying to say the Supreme Meats sandwich was excluded when it clearly only listed other sandwiches as excluded (the Monster, the MexiCali, and the TurkeyCali Club). Then she tried saying that all the "new" sandwiches should be considered excluded. Excuse me? If that was the case they'd all be listed as excluded on the coupon then! She acted like the machine wouldn't take the coupon when it clearly rang up fine. Every time we go in she finds some reason to try to get out of honoring the coupons that are mailed out every month or so. Very disappointed in this Subway location.

They tried to sell me a bacon chicken ranch with no bacon because they ran out and still said they had to charge me full price there's no discount because they're out of bacon. Just throw the sandwich away otherwise I just laughed and they threw it away expect me to get 3/4 of a sandwich and pay full price no way especially after I just put up with them being rude the whole time

They haven't had Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread for several weeks as of this review and that's literally the only bread worth anyone's time so that really sucks but it's always clean and quiet, and I've had a good time ordering my food with no complications. 5 stars if they bring back the Herbs and Cheese bread.Parking: Very good parking

I think y'all need to check your food or meats or something because yesterday me and my boyfriend went to grab sandwiches and I woke up last night with food poisoning and he woke up this morning with the same thing. And y'all's food is all we ate yesterday. So please check and make sure your foods are safe to eat.
