It's an ordinary subway. They have a seating area with social distancing enforced and seemed to have a clean lobby. They also serve popcorn and icees at this location. With the positive put aside for a second let's get down to what happened last night. I went in and ordered for my family and was shook that she really built my whole sandwich on burnt bread. Like black burnt on one end of it. I brushed it off because if it doesn't bother her to serve it than shoot it must be "edible" so I carried on with my order. I got kids meals for my children which the bread looked good on everyone else's order thankfully and I got them chocolate milk. I payed for the order and as I was putting my card away she handed the bags to my children and was off to make the next persons order. I made it home and started handing out everyone's food when I noticed she didn't even give me my drinks for the children. Yayyyyyyy that means I got to drive all the way back to get them. When I arrived you can tell she knew something was wrong by the look on her face but quickly resolved the problem. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the facility was clean and she was respectful. Things that can help improve this business would be more training for the employees on how not to burn the bread while cooking it. To double check bags and make sure the customers order is fully filled. Final thing that needs to be improved is the employees training on how to evenly spread the product across the sandwiches. The meat wasn't fully pulled across the sandwiches leaving 2 dry ends and half my sandwich was PACKED with veggies while the other half was on the skimpy side of the scale and there was a hair in it. Hopefully management will take the time to properly train their employees and make this a great establishment.

We have 4 subways in Brighton and this Walmart Subway is the one we prefer due to the awesome manager Patricia. She is fun yet professional. It's the cleanest I've seen in a store.

Slowest experience ever, waited for 30 minutes in line behind 3 people, absolutely ridiculous. Staff was pleasant but the customers had no idea what they were ordering. If you hit it at the right time you might get lucky.

The worst Subway I have been in. $2.50 for a refill on a drink! Made the flatbread pizza putting the sauce on top of everything. Pizza sauce usually goes on first. Very expensive for Subway!

Out of all the subways i have visited this is my favorite. The bread tastes more fresh and the customer service is unusually better than any other Subway, My general experince from Subway is not nearly good as the one here. I think the people working here enjoy what they do. If you are ever craving Subway this is the place to be.

Went in at 8 o'clock at night to grab some fast subs when we saw Jacob rolling his eyes and shaking his head as we walked in and threw the mop down. Don't understand why he had an attitude since they were still open for an hour. He was rude as he made our sandwiches. Won't be back ever!! You don't like your job find a new one Jacob!!
