From my experiences the workers seem a bit short staffed but also even when they aren't busy, I've never gotten my food made correctly when I ask for food 'without' something.Check your food. Every. Time.

You order a specific type of burrito on the menu and they seem to just throw whatever ingredients in it that they want. Are the employees not being trained on how to make the food? This has happened multiple times. They pretty much just guess or don’t care enough to make it correct.

Update: Upon calling to speak to the store manager, apparently, the rude employee was the store manager. Makes so much sense on how they are failing so badly on customer service. Will be contacting the corporate and district manager to get the issue resolved. Hope she has a great nightThe drive thru attendant on staff at 8:30 p.m. on 1/27/24 was the rudest employees I have ever met in my life! I assumed doing a mobile order would be easier on the staff, so I always use mobile ordering. Apparently, the Taco Bells app is bad, and you shouldn't use it unless you want to be asked to pull around and get in the back of the line. Seriously, who does that? She tells me our orders take 5 minutes to get through to the system and as I'm at the speaker tells me my order just come through and the person ordering behind me AFTER my order come through is technically first in line. Now mind you, this person hasn't even ordered yet! On my order, I put in mild sauce, and there was none in the bag. When I asked her for them, she handed me 4 on the receipt, and it showed 10. When I pointed it out, she told me she could only give one sauce per item. If that was the case, why didn't the app apply that rule and charge for the additional ones. Again, just some nobody trying to assert her taco bell authority. When I asked for the rest of my order, she kept telling me to have a great day and laughing with the staff, asking for the manager, and getting the same response. Guess she needed to feel big in her small life. The food was awful, which is to be expected with their nasty employees. She either needs a class on how to read or count. Clearly, she can't do either. 10 and 4 are two totally different numbers. Please educate your employees. They really need it!

We went to the drive thru with a mobile order. The app said our food was ready, but when we arrived, the drive-thru attendant said she just got the order and we had to drive around and come back in a few minuted. When we returned, she was very rude and arguementative. She refused to give us the requested sauces. We asked to speak with a manager, and she shut the window on us and walked off laughing with the kitchen staff. 01-27-2024 @ 8:50 pm. Hispanic female, 40ish, with multiple tattoos on left arm, working drive thru. Probably won't help but figured Taco Bell would want to know who is driving customers away. She refused to give her name.

Food is awful. I can’t even say for sure what they did to their beans but wow they are awful now. Staff was friendly. Service quick. Tables and floor were dirty.

Pure Insanity

The best fast food joint. Fresh and hot!! This is the best Taco bell hands down. Perfect prepared and wasn't skimmed on any of the meal. Best one and will be going back!!!

Really this place should be shut down. They were out of beef, our bean burritos took 20 minutes and were dry and grilled(?) and one of the staff was asleep in front area. I’m not even sure we should eat this food.

I waited 30mins in line. The person taking my order kept saying give me a second and there was no one in the lobby nor the drive thru before me. I seen workers standing around inside. There was a big line behind me and no one got their order taken. The restaurant was clearly open. Tried to go in the lobby and it was locked. I will be calling HR!! Get better employees
